What I like about this place. Close the rims, they were very clean. The shower was awesome, and it was pretty quiet. Through the ninth. And what I didn't like about this place, what's the surrounding buildings outside with people cooking out and yeah, kids running everywhere. But rather than that, I'll give this place 4 stars

We couldn’t stay long. The whole property smelled like smoke, the door to the room was difficult to open and it was infested with roaches. We saw more than a dozen in the room alone, and our stay only lasted about fifteen minutes. There were some hanging out on the door as well, trying to get in. The staff was very nice, understanding and helpful though. It if weren’t for the bugs, it would not have been as bad of an experience.

Wow, let’s see it smells like marijuana, the floor was uneven and missing pieces, the bathroom had mold on top of the door, toilet barely flushed, the tv says free kitchen supplies but front desk has a 19.99 sign for supplies, the sheets were forever stained, the floor was pure black, the beds were fulls not queens, nothing in kitchen at all, no coffee maker, there wasn’t enough towels or TP, no shampoo,& return your towels to get more. The luggage cart had a flat tire. However the staff was polite. I cannot believe how much this cost me to stay here!

Las alfombras súper sucias de vieja que están, habían cucarachas americanas por donde quiera, para ser una suit con cocina, esta no cuenta con nada básico tienes que comprarlo, en el baño no había secadora de pelo, no había shampoo ni conditioner, ni gel solo una mini barra de jabón, en general este hotel necesita una renovación para que mejore su aspecto y confort

The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. My flight was delayed so i arrived at hotel later in the evening. It was to short of notice to go to another hotel. Saw 3 roaches in room when I woke up. No one at front desk. They lock it down at night and workers do not return until the morning. Apparently the front desk re-opens at 9am but manager was late so another worker helped check me out and process my refund. Do not stay here!

I didn't like the in person check-in or check-out process due to the service desk closed and had to use a phone on the wall to have someone come downstairs to assist me. The bathroom toilet was stained on the inside with brown corrosion and the corner of the bathroom ceiling had mildew stains.

Stayed here for a few days to go to a event that was held locally. Was not happy with this hotel. Room had a strange smell as did the hallway as if people had been smoking wacky weed. Beds were comfortable. Grounds could need some tlc. Good location. Was close to where I needed to be. No coffee available in the mornings nor was any breakfast available in the mornings. No amenities in the room as such as irons etc etc. Plus the AC / heater unit in my room blew cold air all night. Could have probably talked to management and switched the rooms but we didn't go that route so I can't tell you if they would have switched us or not. If you're in town just for an overnight it might be okay for you but if you're staying more than one night I will probably look elsewhere. For us this was not a great stay. Overall if I had to go back to the Tampa area I would not be staying at this hotel.

McDonald’s from a previous guest in the fridge. No shampoo (though the desk clerk found me some samples in the office), no onsite hair dryer. Charged me a 100$ security deposit, though the room was already paid for. It was refunded a few days later. Fridge had rusty patches on the outside. Though the sign out front said “Extended Stay”, the desk clerk said it was now part of the “Select” chain of hotels. So the sign is misleading. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and seemed to be clean.

I was supposed to stay multiple days but couldn’t even last a night before cancelling. Floor had footprints there was a clump of hair in the bathroom. Place reeked of cigarettes. Pretty sure there was a car breakin. It looked nothing like the photos. I know it is cheap and that is what you pay for but it is a husk of what other extended stays normally are.

Did not feel safe here with the permanent residents. Safety latch on door also broken. No breakfast as expected. Only one bar of soap and two towels, no other toiletries.
