Rented a room with a kitchen. No problems other than a stray bug. Everything works. Can’t comment on maid service, that type of room is serviced every 2 weeks but getting towels/etc was simple. Multiple washers & dryers too. Front desk polite, responded quickly & respectful.

This is a worst hotel. Do not stay here. Not worth the price they are charging. Hotel is dirty and there is no breakfast. 0 out of 10. Thanks!

I feel like the staircase should be locked and only use for exits For safety and security the outside doors should be locked with the exception of the main entrance and guests can use their card for entrance

The overall stay was disappointing. The property’s condition and facilities were poor, and the area around it did not feel welcoming. Cleanliness was below expectations. The only positive was the staff, who were polite and provided average service, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience.

Did not care for food. Room was clean, staff was nice and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Parking lot is filthy-cigarette butts, piles of used q-tips, liquor bottles, food trash. Gross. Nominally non-smoking hotel but ashes and butts on stairwells, in hallways. Smoke and weed smell in hallways. Breakfast was very minimal. Oatmeal packs, mini muffins and Nutrigrain bars. No fruit or dairy or protein. No shampoo available

Halls dark, dirty. No cover from weather for unloading. Room flooring linoleum cheap. No coffee maker, no bathroom drain stopper. Better than average quality towels. Room door security lock torn off. Time for a redo or close it

Very dirty, Smelly, Unprofessional staff, Room smell horrible. Not worth paying $50 per night and we paid over $250. No sitting area for breakfast. Only item in breakfast was muffin, granola bar. Will not recommend to anyone. Water in washroom sink was very low pressure. Ownership need to be very shame of them self. Expedia should not promote this location.

It was extremely dirty… I mean used wash cloth in my shower type dirty! I mean discharge on the wall and curtains dirty! It was baaaaaaaad! Has a kitchenette with absolutely nothing available! I mean no cups, plates, cutlery… nothing! It’s a 2 star and they absolutely meant that rating with their whole heart!

We are budget travellers. We stay in reasonably priced hotels and don’t have ridiculous standards. This hotel is awful. Booked it for week and needed the kitchen. You have to ask for supplies like glasses and silverware. No coffee pot, no dish soap, no dish rag, no basics like salt and pepper and we had to go down twice for them to find a stopper for the kitchen sink. The outside of the fridge was dirty and the sink could use a good scrubbing too. Bathroom had soap on the shower walls. Green body wash I assume. It came off when wet and I wiped with the face cloth. The bathroom sink was barely a dribble. The dresser had broken drawers. Had to go to desk to get hangers for the closet. It smelled like pot in most of the hotel. The kitchen sink was unusable for two days. They were fixing something in another room and our sink was affected. They only clean the rooms once per week which is fine with us. But, when we went get some clean bath towels and such not everything was available. If it is location you need then there is a La Quinta and SleepInn right beside this hotel. The breakfast on the go has two types of muffins, chocolate and blueberry, instant oatmeal and granola bars. No fruit, nothing remotely healthy or tasty. It was just bad all around. I should have read the other reviews more carefully. The only good thing was the bed was fairly comfortable and lots of pillows. The laundry room floor was really dirty. This hotel cannot be recommended in any way.

It was ok smelled like cigarettes and alot of in and out traffic

Price and location was great. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The desk person at check in was professional and helpful even when some of the guests were not. The property is a little dated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cooking/eating utensils were provided on request- appreciated The negatives- the cooking odors from all the rooms were strong and not always pleasant- to be expected. There was a very large amount of people that seemed were placed there awaiting housing. They were loud and spent a lot of time loitering in front of the entrance smoking , talking loud and making comments. At times this felt unsafe, especially at night.
