Extended Stay America Suites Seattle Mukilteo

When we checked in Saturday afternoon, seemed like the young lady was having a bad day, but then a couple of days later we realized that she just has no personality no Customer Service no greetings no have a nice day so apparently she has a bad day every day. After check-in we got into the room there’s construction upstairs, which continued on from about 8:15 in the morning so we’re unable to sleep late and all day long every day. Refurbishing the upstairs room right above ours very noisy and the carpet in our room was so dirty we had to use House slippers which stained the bottom of our slippers. It’s really very dirty and gross. Sorry to say that I will never stay at Extended Stay America Suites Seattle Mukilteo again.

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was. It was little more noisy during the night than I had expected for weekdays.

I had a really good stay! Front desk was always attentive and it’s in a quiet area.

Appreciate desk staff being professional and helpful. Room is clean!

Amazing

Beds were too soft and small. Breakfast was sugary and little options

The night clerk was wonderful . Check out was a bit long no one was at the desk she was busy out front smoking and chatting then seemed annoyed she had to come in to help us.

We asked to be moved to another room as the room we originally had smelled like urine. After farther investigation, we found out that the former renter had two dogs and had lived there for some time. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Staff members are awesome

The police were there everyday. There are a lot of homeless living there. I was staying there because we are also looking for a home after moving up here for work. These are chronically homeless people. The police showing up daily made me feel less safe for some reason. This place also charges for every little thing. I have never been charged for my ESA pets in any hotel except Extended Stay. I will never be staying there again.

Garbage in the kitchen area was too strong, need new materials is probably overused made the stay not pleasant.

It was pleasant. Comfortable clean room hospitable staff and overall great hotel stay.

The beds were comfortable but some of the staff were rather rude and you had to ask for anything that you needed for the room they were not stocked with basic amenities There was only coffee available in the morning and the grabbing go breakfast was a joke with tiny Minnie muffins and that was pretty much yet and coffee Laundry machines broke would not recommend,

Check in staff was nice and informative. Room didn't smell clean. There was something splattered all over the outside of the fridge. Counters and table not clean. Bedding didn't look so clean. Lobby and hallways seemed more clean than room.

Safe and quiet. Clean facilities.

Should not call breakfast a muffin. This is not worthy of this as others in the area for a smidge $ more offer a real breakfast. I have had them. We had to take the family to local breakfast joint and did not keep with our planned schedule for the day missing our on sites we were planning on this sunny winter day.

Upon arriving at the property, I discovered there was no power, no hot water, and the heaters were not functioning. When I inquired why I had not been informed of these issues beforehand, I was told that the staff lacked the time and phone service to notify guests. While I understand that a storm had recently impacted the area, as part of a well-established chain like Extended Stay, I believe more proactive measures could have been taken. For instance, assistance from other locations could have been sought to notify customers about the situation. Furthermore, due to a delayed flight, my reservation was marked as a "no-show," and I was required to pay again for my stay—even though the room I was given was cold, dark, and without basic amenities. I was also informed that no notifications had been sent to guests because the staff had hoped power would be restored quickly, despite the storm having occurred two days before my arrival.

Nice place to stay if you want to save money, but the lights in our place weren't working in some areas and the elevator did smell weird.
