Garner Hotel Boise Airport by IHG

Comfortable stay!

The breakfast has traditional menu: scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurt, cream cheese, salsa, bread, butter, mini muffins, juices & coffee. There is plenty of everything & all food is very fresh & testy. This time only orange juce was very watery. The beds have new pillows, sheets & very comfotable covers. There were enough clean towels. But there are absent caps, coffeemaker & hagers.

Close to airport but noise was minimal.

We have stayed here multiple times when it was Inn America. Sorry, but now that it’s IHC Garner hotel- we were not impressed- except with staff. They are excellent as always. This was totally reconstructed- poorly. The fridge is right next to the curtains- so every time you open it the curtains get caught up in the fridge. There’s not towel rack for your hand towel in the sink area. The bed sits right next to the wall in the 2 queen bed room. The shower leaks and you can see the wall board getting ruined and the wall paper because it is swelling. It was not like that before. Purple walls are just weird. Breakfast was not even good. As Inn America there were potatoes, eggs, and a different variety of meat each day. Now there’s bacon bits, eggs and barely any bread varieties. It was really disappointing. Won’t go back. Well drive clear to Caldwell for the Best western Plus. We can park our semi there, too.

It was kind of under construction when we were there but it didnt bother us.

Lots of renovations going on. Wall paper and painting happening down the whole hallway. Paint fumes where strong. We asked for another room, after about a half hour they said we could move but we had already unpacked and were two tired to move all our stuff to another room. They did try to accommodate. The updates are nice. The pool furniture had all been stacked outside the pool area and the breakfast at 8am was very slim pickings.

The hotel has been recently renovated and we were the first people to sleep in the room. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the bed was comfortable. It is conveniently located near the airport

Good hotel they just renovated it . New furniture beds no rug floors which is nice . They are still working out some kinks but overall good place to stay .

Very clean

I’m hoping the problem with the computerized reservation system is solved soon.
