This property has all the amenities one needs to feel relaxed and everything is convenient.

The room setup is terrible. Barn door for bathroom that left a 1/2 inch gap away out from wall. The barn bathroom door, when open, covered the fridge/coffee maker cubby. So if you were making your coffee and someone was coming out of the bathroom, you were getting hit. The barn door for the bathroom also made it difficult to open the room door if the bathroom door was in the closed position. The wall unit behind bed was also broken and left big gaps away from the wall because the clips holding them in place were broken. We had another room for another family member and their a/c wouldn't stay on cool. Thankfully, the night was on the cooler side, but they did wake up, and the room was 77 degrees even with the thermostat set at 70. The breakfast buffet was nice and there were many options but pricey. Starbucks and a wonderful little Gelato area was nice (if you like Lemon, the Lemon Pie Gelato was delicious) Overall, after seeing other properties while sightseeing, i think there are much better options for the money we paid to be here.

What a great hotel, very clean and right on the beach. We had such a great time. The staff is great. The girl at the front desk was so welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Room was clean, air conditioning worked great, all amenities we needed except a suitcase fold- out holder. Had to open suitcase on the floor 👎. They did text to see if they could do anything for us. Loved the outdoor bar and beach bar!!!

It was ok. The beds are hard. They charge extra for everything even sitting on chairs. The dinner we where going to have did not include any sides. $50 for a steak $45 for salmon without anysides so we did a few appetizers instead. Everything is overpriced and had a charge for it. If they could charge for you to breathe they would. Probably won't come back.

Very nice place to stay. There were however not many amenities. But the bar and lounge kinda makes up for it. Would love to see free beach rentals like bikes, chairs, boogie boards etc. maybe continental breakfast for free and hot for upgrade for $400 a night on an off season.

We arrived early and they let us store our suitcases and enjoy the amenities until our room was ready. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean with an amazing view of the ocean! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

Property looks fine and has been renovated however it still has a musty smell. This caused my daughters and I to wake up with sore throats. In addition, we signed into our personal Netflix account to watch a movie and the WiFi was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. It took forever for the app to open and load, when it finally did, the movie we selected was extremely slow loading, was pixilated and kept pausing to load during the movie… a 90 min movie took over 2 hours to watch. When we called the front desk to ask if there was anything we could do, they said that there are just to many people on WiFi and there’s nothing they can do? It is a Tuesday evening and they are not fully booked so what does the WiFi look like during peak season??? Very frustrating!

It was a nice hotel. Disappointed that they charged $20 to park and no security cameras or security. Also I was confronted at the elevator by a man I think worked at Starbucks about my Service Dog being in his service carry bag instead of being on a leash. He was actually yelling at me with about 6 people standing beside me. He said it was the law! Very rude man, I should have gotten his name but I was very tired after traveling all day.

It was an amazing stay, right on the beach. Very friendly staff and very clean, updated rooms.

Had everything we needed to have a great time with my daughters 10 and 13 years old.

Not a good stay, every aspect of this stay that involved service was unpleasant. When we arrived to valet our vehicle the valet was unavailable. We were told a ticket would be brought to our room when we left our keys at the front desk. The ticket was never brought. When we requested the vehicle the next morning the valet was not there and the front desk person eventually went to get our truck. When we checked in we were informed that the gym was closed for maintenance and that we would need to go to a local gym near the hotel. The local gym accused us of being dishonest and claimed that the hotel gym maintenance was completed, they were right about the maintenance. the wait for the breakfast bar was unexcusable, ~25mins to be seated at an available table due to limited staff. The shower head in the room was rusted over and leaky. When I returned to my room ~6pm the room was not yet cleaned. The pool went up to 7.5 ft and was heated, very nice overall. There was a Gelato Bar near the front desk but the gelato wasn't good. Wouldnt stay here again, there are plenty other nice hotels in this area.
