Fantastic property. Great amenities and you don’t have to walk through a casino to get to your room

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I had to here. Love the hotel. I reserved the 2 bedroom apartment, which had 2 bedrooms with an adjoining door. The king size bedroom came with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathtub in the bathroom. The queen size bedroom came with a microwave and a mini fridge. There is no casino in the hotel which is great because it’s quieter and less crowded. The only con in my stay was that I received a used/unclean towel mixed in with all the other towels that appeared to be clean. I would definately still stay here again.

Other than the location, its a very ordinary place. Needs renovation. Elevators are weird. Something was not right about the bedding, it kept feeling itchy.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. Lorraine Kilstrom at the front desk went above and beyond! Room were quiet, hotel is close to everything.

After paying for their higher price rooms; I later found out unfortunately that it didn't come with any free parking in their facilities and there is an additional facilities fees for using their facilities (swimming pool, etc.) that we didn't need to use it. This was not informed you upfront that they don't have any free parking, only valet parking and their additional facilities fees; until after you already booked your reservation. They informed me about that through their email afterwards, and they will allowed me to cancel my reservation; but they will not able refund my money. Hilton should provide greater transparency in their rooms, clearly outlining the full costs involved upfront to prevent consumers from being misled. I am very unhappy about this outcome, and I am very reluctant to stay at any Hilton Hotel and Resorts in the future.

The person who did our check in was so detail oriented, friendly and professional. When we needed things in the room, guest services promptly replied and brought them very quickly. The room was very clean and spacious. It was wonderful to have 2 bathrooms being 5 girls during our trip. The hotel is walking distance and on the strip. The staff is very helpful. The bellmen and concierge were approachable, polite and efficient and helped us a lot. The staff was always smiling, we loved our stay very much.

Great location and clean facilities. A little dated, but that is to be expected with a lower price. The elevator was very slow to get to the pool and I tried to take the stairs, but they were locked at the top. Did enjoy the pool area and the gym. Was nice to have a little market on site.

Very kindness staff & good price.

Overall this was a nice hotel. Nothing too fancy, just a nice, clean room with nice amenities. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room. You're not staying in a fancy resort, but the price is right.

The hotel is located at a walkable distance from the strip. The location is also located near convenient stores in case one needs anything. The rooms comes with a lot of supplies including dishes, silverware, refrigerator and microwave. The rooms are quiet and clean. They were missing a shower curtain in one of our rooms, but it was placed once we asked.

Almost everything was good. We had the room upgraded and everything was super comfortable. We did not like the shower - it clearly needs replacing, as the water pressure from it is very difficult to call full-fledged.
