Nice Hotel and very clean!

I had to cancel my reservation after I checked in! Hotel facilities were unacceptable! Not clean, pool not functional!

It was a good stay for the price. We didn’t have high expectations and didn’t spend much time in the room.

Helpful with finding correct location since maps takes you to the wrong one

The room is nice and spacious. The little kitchenette is a plus.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The front staff is excellent. The in-room kitchenette is more than adequate. The bed is comfortable, the sheets, towels and water are soft. At the time they were training some new housekeeping staff, so there were a few issues but the front desk staff quickly corrected the problem. There is a lot of choice for breakfast - waffles, cereal, sausage patties, biscuits, muffins, bagels, toast, english muffins, etc. The pool was unavailable for the entire week. So, if you're planning to stay and a pool is important to you, best to check ahead to make sure it's open. Despite that, I'd stay here again for sure.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The room was very comfortable. However, the refrigerator door did not always close properly and a soda exploded all over the inside because it got so cold while I was out all day. The breakfast bar was nice, but not geared toward people with dietary restrictions, like diabetes. But that is my problem, not theirs and I had food in my fridge. There were a few days where the water was not very hot, but it did get fixed. The front desk is not always manned, which made it difficult to address the hot water problem. And the key required elevator is a security feature, but if you accidently leave the key in the room, you have to hoof it down the stairs to get another. It is a very nice place for a longer stay and would stay again, despite the issues.

Pillows are very very thin. Sheets constantly came off the mattress. Shower had a bunch of hairs everywhere. The location is near a highway so there is a lot of noise and lights.

I thought I booked at the one by the medical office location which I stayed last week so I went to this last cation since other was sold out. This one plastic toilet seats, just felt old. The elevators were Very slow when it wasn’t be used then. I won’t return to this location again. Checking in I almost slipped because the cones were I guess it was mopped and the front desk attendant didn’t say a word

I got this room for a family trip. It was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The worker at the front desk was kind and helped me operate the safety procedure on the elevator. The room was clean and had kitchen items that made our stay convenient.

I can confidently say it was a delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the property. The rooms were immaculate, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining high standards. One of the major highlights for me was the hotel's accessibility to the rest of the city. It was conveniently located near public transport and key attractions, making it super easy to explore everything the area has to offer. Whether I was heading out for a day of sightseeing or grabbing a bite to eat, getting around was a breeze!

Sofa was dirty and worn down on the arms. In the room we got. Tub was just we’ll looked old and stained dirty it was clean but didn’t have a good aspect.

We stayed in this hotel for a week while an inspection was completed on our home. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and smelled amazing and had great ventilation and air quality. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, sink with disposal, large refrigerator, and all the dishes you need to get by. We brought an air fryer to cook more warm foods. The rooms are so spacious and have TONS of storage. We were here for a week, so I actually brought 7 tubs of toys and their play kitchen, all their electronic devices, xbox, three spinny/floor saucer toys, and still had tons of space left over. The couch is clean and comfortable and folds out to a nice sofa bed. They come to service the room every other day, but when we needed more items inbetween, they brought them promptly. The front desk staff was so nice and pleasant. The breakfast options were fantastic--yogurt bar, oatmeal, hot breakfast sandwiches, egg/sausage bowls, make-your-own-Texas waffles, and juice/milk options. The elevators have a nice security option that requires you to scan your room key to have access to the room floors, so that gave me extra peace of mind as a mom staying here alone with three young children. The only minor complaint I could make is the some of the laundry machines were out of service off and on while we stayed, but the front desk agent took my clothing to their laundry facility to be dried when the dryer would not work. Amazing place to stay! Recommend!
