Good area. Walking distance to Metro and restaurants.

The staff made our stay very enjoyable! If we needed anything in our room, they responded quickly. The staff in the breakfast area were always friendly and helpful. The metro was about a ten minute walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to DC!

Great stay! Could benefit from updating their furniture for the cost. The cabinets and doors seemed incredibly scratched. The staff was amazing!

Everything you need is close by

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the check in procedure and the option to store our luggage prior to check in. The breakfast was great and the staff were marvelous. Our room was well attended.

Just completed my first stay at Homewood in DC. Overall we had a good stay at Homewood. The pluses - The staff was excellent - especially the front desk. Always greeted with a smile and they were very efficient. Texting with the front desk was very convenient and always resulted in prompt service. The negatives - I was surprised to find some broken things in our room. I mentioned this in a text to the front desk on my first day but no response. The safe didn’t work and the desk chair back was broken and held with a zip tie. It was basically not usable. And we needed to use the desk! It was also dangerous. I could have easily fallen back off this chair. How much does it cost to just get a new chair? Overall the room looked a bit worn. Rust and empty space around the bathroom sink and other areas. The bed was comfortable. But…the blanket was awful. Flimsy and kept coming out of the duvet cover! Lastly, the breakfast area was very nice but the breakfast itself was minimal. Even Hampton inn had more! They had a waffle iron and fruit. Some fresh fruit would have been a welcome addition. I read this in the reviews too. Overall, we had a good stay. Location is great for our needs. Those little improvements would go a long way though.

Place was great. Only complaint I have is the our AC wasn’t working, we reported it to the front desk, and it was never repaired while we were there.

Camera spaziosa, con cucinotto e frigo (un po' rumoroso). Servizio di pulizia tutti i giorni ma cambiano gli asciugamani (e potrebbero lasciarli 3 giorni almeno) e mettono il caffè Le ragazze che puliscono sono un po' distratte: una volta non ci hanno lasciato gli asciugamani, una volta niente caffè, luci sempre lasciate accese quando uscivano. Lo staff molto gentile ma poco informato alla reception riguardo ad eventuali eventi in città ( ho chiesto se ci fosse una commedia zione li11 settembre e mi hanno detto di guardare su Google). La colazione è abbondante, il buffet è sia continentale che americano. La location è comoda sia alla metropolitana (linea gialla) che ai bus che vanno a Georgetown. Di fronte all' albergo c' è un supermercato che ha anche cose gluten free, ma non c'è un reparto visibile come in Italia. Le cose particolari si trovano in mezzo alle altre.

Für Sightseeing in der Innenstadt / Mall bestens geeignet, da noch per Fuss zu erreichen. Ebenso viel Restaurants und Chinatown naheliegend. Preislich im Rahmen liegende Parkmöglichkeit (10 bis 20 $ flat) in der nächsten Strasse (L) nahe und gut zu erreichen, ansonsten Parken längs der Strasse New York Av mit Metering 2,5$ p.h.. Gut bestücktes Einkaufscenter gegenüber mit dem o.a. Parkhaus. Frühstück sehr ordentlich gemacht. Zimmer mit Kochmöglichkeit sind in gutem Zustand. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Great spot. Lots of sirens at night if staying on the front of the building. Rooms are a bit worn and could use a refresher. Something as simple as replacing missing curtains and ensuring there is more than one pot/pan in the kitchen. We choose the hotel due to having a kitchen but providing only one pan is not ideal.

The staff was not very friendly particularly the valet parking staff. I was asking about parking my vehicle while removing my bags and I was given attitude before being offered any assistance or direction

Clean and quiet place to stay. Convenient breakfast and 2 minutes access to a supermarket across the street.

My rooms curtains did not close till the end. No privacy during day or night time.
