Nice pool area, restaurant and outdoor seating. I liked the bikes to rent for a ride along the ocean or marina. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice vibe

The area is pretty upscale with just about anything you need within a safe and quiet 3 block radius. However, if you want a nightlife experience, Venice beach is 10 minutes away by car.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Also, the hotel lobby and our room were very clean. We enjoyed our stay here, and I look forward to a future visit!

Pool was a bit small and didn’t have a lot of chairs. Drinks at the bar could be better. But overall great stay. Room was stuffy and AC was loud.

There is strange and nasty smell coming from the drain. My door lock went out of battery and technician had to come open the door manually. Gym is very small, there are only two treadmills and one is broken. I asked for extra facial tissues and never got any.

Every time we went back to our room, we had to have it re-keyed the air conditioner from the upstairs unit leaked down on our balcony and we couldn’t use it. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way the shower didn’t work properly made Service did not come to our room. We were charged for breakfast on our last day and it was included in our stay.

Was in a wing of hotel that was only served by a shared service area. Multiple times I’d go to my room and have the electronic keys not work. Would have to return all the way to the front desk to get them reset. Hallways really worn. Not worth the price.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed Easter weekend and the hotel made it great for kids - included an Easter egg hunt. The only issue was that the restaurant seemed to be understaffed, but everyone was really nice. The hotel itself was very clean. Pool area was very nice. Only drawback was that there was no hot tub. Otherwise, a really nice place. Would stay there again.

Super dårlig service i receptionen ved indcheckning Hotellet har ekstremt meget støj fra bagsiden af indkøbscentret og vinduer/døre lukker ikke tæt Morgenmads buffet var ikke noget at skrive om da den ikke blev fyldt op og vi var der sammen med et college unge mennesker som gjorde det umuligt at få morgen mad og de skrev fra kl 7:00 men morgenmads tjeneren havde sovet forlænge så folk måtte vente 10 min på at kunne få morgen Isterning maskinen virkede ikke på 2 sal

I was not happy to encounter a large breed dog approaching me, UNLEASHED, in the passageway on the 6th floor. The encounter was a bit startling and froze me in my tracks, but the dog's owner was unapologetic and seemingly feeling it was not unusual and fully in his rights to walk his dog in such a manner. I had no idea or expectation that pets were allowed in the Hyatt Regency Orange County and certainly not large breed dogs. I wont be choosing you for future stays.

Good value for your money. You get what you pay for. Long walkways, bunched-up carpets making it weird to drag a suitcase. Room decent (view overlooking a parking lot). Breakfast buffet gave me what I needed. An "ok" choice

Upon check in I requested to have towels and trash replaced each day which wasn’t and I had to ask on four occasions- then challenged by the front staff to show me they put in a request when I physically went to the front desk and talked to the same person the day before. Really!!!
