Nice hotel. Only one elevator and bathroom floor was never swept.

Amazing location and clean rooms

First off, Hotel Stanford is in one of my favorite Manhattan neighborhoods, a quick walk to the majestic and iconic Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park. Subway stop is steps away. Fantastic restaurants abound. Second, we lucked out with a spacious room, super comfy and clean. Third, the staff was outstanding and friendly. Super helpful when we checked our bags prior to check-in, and after check out. Great Asian restaurant attached to the building next door, and the on-site free breakfast was a nice perk. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, spacious room with comfortable beds, Good black out, quiet. Breakfast was very poor, served on paper plates and with plastic cutlery.

Easy access and friendly staff

This hotel is in Midtown South Manhattan near the Empire State Building. The hotel is a pretty good value for the area. Our room was large and nice and the hotel staff were great. Free breakfast was a big plus. There is a subway station steps from the hotel. There are more than enough places to eat and Greeley Square and Herald Square are right there. It is in a very busy area in Koreatown. The immediate area is okay but you could call it a little loud and dirty. All in all, this worked well for our once-in-a-lifetime week as tourists in NYC.

A combinação de custo-benefício e conforto fez do Stanford uma excelente escolha de hospedagem na minha viagem a NYC. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e surpreendentemente silencioso, considerando que estávamos em pleno Midtown. A localização também foi um grande diferencial: havia uma Target e uma CVS a poucos passos, o que tornava muito mais prático comprar água e itens básicos. Outro ponto positivo foi o café da manhã do hotel, simples, mas bastante conveniente para começar o dia. Com pães, iogurte e opções de café, era perfeito para ganhar tempo e já sair pronto para os passeios.

I chose this location randomly. It was the best location, price staff ever. Highly recommend.

Staff was very responsive

The hotel is steps away from a Subway stop, always a plus in NYC. It is in Koreatown and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The included breakfast could be better - only two Keurigs for coffee so always a line. White bread and bagels for toasting (another line) but there was fresh fruit, two cereals, yogurt and some cheese. Everything on disposable plates/cups/plastic flatware. My room on 10th floor was OK. Lighting in bathroom was dim. Bed was comfy. There was noise from outside but I think that’s par for the course in NYC. Hotel staff were lovely, very helpful. They have coupons for nearby restaurants and their bar. We ate at the adjacent Udon Lab restaurant twice and enjoyed it both times. The hotel’s wine bar has live music Friday and Saturday nights but we were the only ones there on Saturday. A shame, since the singers were quite good. I would stay here again.

5 stelle alla posizione (a due passi dalla stazione della metro della 34esima e a 700 metri dalla Penn Station) e al personale, sempre molto gentile e disponibile. 1-2 stelle a tutto il resto: colazione troppo basica e sala minuscola dove farla, stanza piccola e senza mobili dove mettere le proprie cose (solo una mini cabina armadio), bagno sicuramente da ristrutturare. 0 stelle all'ascensore, un vero e proprio incubo per la lentezza.

A very convenient location, loved it!

The hotel is close to Penn Station, so is very handy if getting the Long Island Railroad in from JFK via Jamaica. I arrived earlier than my check in time of 4pm (which does seem a bit late in the day, but I realise rooms need to be cleaned) - I was able to store my bags with no problem, but there was a small issue when the staff couldn't find the key to the luggage room when I came back to check in - all sorted in the end, though. The staff were all friendly, though. The street is right in Korea Town, so plenty of food options available!

Vi hade toppendagar i New York. Hotellet ligger perfekt om man vill vara nära allt som händer mitt i city. Personalen var fantastiska och hjälpsamma. Rummet var ok. Sängen och kuddarna var sköna men skicket på rummet var mindre bra. Vårt rum hade dessutom en tegelvägg som utsikt när man kikade ut genom fönstret. Hade vi tur kunde vi få besök av en duva.
