Just Hangin' Around

We arrived at 4 on check in day 8-1-24, ready for check-in just to receive a email stating due to property leaks the cabin was no longer available we were offered 2 options 1 was a full refund with nowhere to stay or to relocate 30 minutes away to Huckleberry ridge. Very secluded cabin located at the top of the mountain very horrendous strenuous climb to the top, one lane access make it nerve racking when encountering oncoming traffic some drivers are forced to back down the mountain and the pot holes and busted asphalt make it very difficult to gather speed to ascend to the top, definitely a 4x4 vehicle is needed. We were giving 4 different door codes after trying to find a cell signal we had to bounce back and forth from the driveway to the door to enter the code, the lock box was not working properly luckily we was able to enter upon the 4th code giving. There is internet access but does nothing but buffer. Entrainment room as tv but requires internet fuction to use so they were unable to use it for the 5 days we were there. Very disappointing. We originally search for a cabin with pool amenities just to be relocated to a cabin with NO POOL, HEARTBROKEN was the emotion for our 5 year old, and we booked 1 month in advance. The toilet latch was broke so toilet ran unless we unlatched it, back door seal was broken and hanging in the middle of the floor. WORST OF all, both pull out beds were broken no padding with the bars exposed some guest was forced to sleep on floor
