The resort was extremely clean. We are picky about where we stay and this place was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. It was also nice being able to cook our own meals and have adequate cookware to do so. I highly recommend this resort.

Thank you for the hospitality. The property, amenities, location, and staff earned an A plus. Check in was really easy. The garage for our jeep was awesome (tarps off)! The condo had AC. Check out my itinerary. I stayed for 10 days. I would highly recommend this vacation for those who love recreation. Mahalo!

This resort condo was so relaxing and clean. Room was super big. Got the Ohana Suite and just loved it
The only thing I wish is that because we arrived early we wish that we could have used the pool facilities while waiting for our room.

Staff is rude. They are only interested in selling you the timeshare and not at all interested in providing you service while you stay there.
They don’t do house keeping at all. We stayed three days, went to the beach and had to come to a dirty room every time. They did not specify this while I was making the reservation.
We asked for an extra blanket and they did not have one to give.
If you go to the pool they don’t give you towels there. You first have to order them from your room, they bring to your room and then you take to the pool.
Every staff member was rude. Every time we called for something or stopped at the counter bcc or something, the staff gave us a rude response and a dirty look.

Everything was great. The pool was nice. The condo was big and spacious. The only thing that was annoying was one of the employees in the check in office wouldn’t give us pool towel on our last day. My flight didn’t leave until 10pm. So we left our luggage at the resort. We were going to enjoy the pool until we were leaving for the airport. But the employee said no we can’t give you towels. This is something we don’t do. Everything was great until that. Kind of gave me a bad taste in my mouth on our way out.

The property is listed as a "resort," the property is not even close to a resort. A resort is a self-contained destination with extensive amenities and recreational activities.This "resort" does not offer a comprehensive vacation experience, the only dining options was a bar with very little food to offer, no entertainment, and no leisure activities within the property. I don't know where the disconnct is between hotels.com and Kona Coast Resort but this isn't a resort, it's an apartment complex

My family stayed 6 days in an upper condo-like unit which included a furnished kitchen washer/dryer. AC was included in my package. At check in, we were invited to take advantage of a 90 minute properly tour to earn gifted, which we declined without issue. The morning after our first night we saw a few cockroaches, but after cleaned after ourselves (washing dishes, cleaned the kitchen area, and taking out all trash) there were no issues with insects. Keeping windows open and ceiling fans moving while we were away adventuring helped lessen any odors from humidity. Overview we had a great stay. The property is well maintained. Of coarse there are a few minor cosmetic things that could be repaired, but they seemed to address those periodically.

Vi bodde to netter her, og det var bedre enn vi så for oss. Veldig stort rom, to bad, fullt utstyrt kjøkken, solseng på terassen og den beste senga vi har hatt på Hawaii. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel på rommet, som var et kjempe pluss. 10/10 på renslighet, innsjekk og fasiliteter. Vi sov 2 netter her og 2 netter på Hilo, men pga pris og standard hadde vi heller bodd her hele oppholdet om vi kunne. Litt utdatert, men fortsatt veldig fint og kjekk leilighet.

ゴルフ場も近くにあり、またスーパーも近くにあり、とても便利です。
施設もリニューアルされており、清潔で広いスペースを確保できるので、

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were overwhelmed with the size of the suite along wth 2 bathrooms. I think it would be a great spot for several families on at least a weeklong stay. Enjoyed the Sunset Terrace and the friendly staff, especially Dove

Clean and large property. The a/c requires a key to turn on and charge you for it.
They try to get you do a time share tour.
Not a lot of food places close, but is a grocery store. Middle location from volcano national park and stargazing mountain. Easy to get to airport. Nice large patio.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were overwhelmed with the size of the suite along wth 2 bathrooms. I think it would be a great spot for several families on at least a weeklong stay. Enjoyed the Sunset Terrace and the friendly staff, especially Dove

Amazing. 7 nights for that price. It’s not an apartment. It’s not a mini studio. You get a 1 floor HOUSE. Gorgeous.

Clean and large property. The a/c requires a key to turn on and charge you for it.
They try to get you do a time share tour.
Not a lot of food places close, but is a grocery store. Middle location from volcano national park and stargazing mountain. Easy to get to airport. Nice large patio.
