Great place near restaurants and nightclubs

After we ran into a crazy person on drugs (which we know is common in SF) we wished there would be a fence limiting the access to the property. The door of the room could be properly locked, but a fence would provide a better feeling. Other than that we had a great stay.

Loved staying at La Luna it was nice and quiet and very clean. Beds were very comfy

Die Lage ist toll, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß aber haben keinen Charme und das Bad ist sauber aber alt. Gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden aber es lädt nicht ein, um dort viel Zeit zu verbringen.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. For a 2-star hotel, it’s a solid choice. The free parking is a major plus—especially in San Francisco, where valet parking at other hotels typically runs between $40 and $85. A few paintings or decorative touches in the room could add a bit more charm, but overall, a pleasant stay!

Best bed ever!!

Great place. Rented 2 rooms. They were fine, perfect for sleeping after a long day of exploring. Staff was outstanding. Helpful and accommodating and very responsive. I would stay here again if I was visiting the Bay Area with my family.

The staff was great. Very welcoming and helpful. However, that was the best part of our experience. The room we stayed in looked nothing like any of the rooms pictured. The rooms pictured look like that of pretty renovated rooms. We got a room that looked somewhat renovated but for the most part it was old and dingy. The bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable. The restroom was cramped and old. Walls were thin and we could hear neighbors. The room had a window that we could not close. Parking was tight but thats everywhere in san francisco . Overall we will likely not be staying here ever again.

I didn't enjoy the stay here at all. I stayed in a non-smoking room which reeked of cigarettes. & it wasn't clean. The other guests were extremely noisy. Talking right outside my door & smoking. The main window to the didn't lock which felt dangerous & unsafe because someone can easily climb in the room. And there was a crack under the door so the cold winds kept getting in which meant the smoke smell kept getting in and the door wasn't secure so it moved a lot which felt like someone was trying to open the door. Never again would i stay here.

Great place for the price, free parking was what sold is. Centrally located.

Was fretted by a very friendly employee at the front desk. Super kind and patient. Room was decent for the price. The price was incredible and free parking! Hard to find in the City.

Nice staff Noisey area

The television did not work -- the front guest let us know it is a persistent issue. Upsetting to book a room with a television that doesn't even work. The neighbors were either VERY loud, or there is little to no noise reduction in the building (one night you could very clearly hear explicit content coming through the wall, and the other night someone was playing music that could be heard well into the night). The shower had difficulty draining. When checking in, they prompted to tell us there was a security deposit that would be refunded, but we saw no refunds and it was not made clear if that was on our original charge or not so it's difficult to refute. The bedding had some odd scuffs and marks on it but luckily were just on the comforter. All in all, it was somewhere to sleep for a few nights but not somewhere I would stay at again.

Great Stay Friendly Staff no much food wise in the neighborhood, one of TV's did not work.

The room was very clean, the staff very kind but hotel needs new mattress and have a mirror on the room not only in the bathroom

Great location and price.The room was okay, the bathroom a bit outdated, but the noise insulation not existent. We could hear everything from people walking in the room above, people talking outside the room and vehicles on the road. Definitely not suggested for someone with light sleep.

We checked in late, the was nice and clean, beds were ok. The road was noisy. Bathroom was big but the toilet was small and was a commercial and loud! We would probably not stay again.
