Nova Hotel Brooklyn

Since we arrived the staff was very friendly, corteous and attentive. Their rooftop bar is amazing. It has great music, drinks and a beautuful view! This hotel is amazing for moving around New York, it is only 3-4min away (walking) from Morgan Ave. station! Great gem!

It’s close to the train, but otherwise it is loud, dirty, and needs better upkeep. Bed was good, pillows were not.

The subway station is very close to the hotel and the surrounding area is not as loud and busy as I expected. Hotel still seems to be renovating or building but everything seems clean and organized. Staff were friendly. The balcony area is very nice - I wish I had more time to actually enjoy the space and view. Decent hotel overall.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly roomy for NYC. Great stay!

Too noisy and no chair in the room

Terrible property. Worst I’ve ever stayed in. Dangerous neighborhood. Very unclean. staff extraordinarily rude and unhelpful. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

The pillows where really thin not that good, it was really cold and the blanket wasnt enought and not even turning the heater, my key didnt work multiple times. And thwy didnt clean the room unless you ask in 6 days only one time, but is a nice location just i was expecting more for all thw starts and prices

No other words I loved it

This property was terrible the lights in the bathroom did not work and we were informed no one could fix it. The safe in the room did not work so we had no where to store our valuables thus we never had our rooms cleaned we had to get our own new towels as they would not send someone up the breakfast was out of items on days by 9-930. The doorstops room would not close completely so we had to put the microwave against it to keep it closed. One morning the hotel staff were arguing in the room next to us so loudly it woke us up we have photos and videos of it all we were charged $80 to check in early even though our room was already ready for us the wifi DID NOT WORK at all the elevators smelled like weed this was a completely horrible experience and would never recommend this hotel to anyone what a RIPOFF 1st vacation since 2018 so disappointed

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff and service. Walking distance to subway.

AC did not work well, no full size towels.

The property is great but it’s very loud. Very clean nice room only problem is outside noise.

Early checkin was $80 USD, staff was nice but it was kinda loud at night. Super close to Morgan Ave station, would stay here again on our next visit to NYC.

Hotel was overall decent but the shower was broke and never got fixed while we were there, we were told they had no other rooms and that they would get it fixed but we're unable

This place was nice and quiet, I had a beautiful view in room 603 of the city’s skyline. It was 1 block from the train station so I was able to access Manhattan easily. Rooms freshly upgraded was nice and clean. Small snacks for breakfast was included. The staff was nice and friendly. Sam was awesome, she helped me to figure out how to take the train and answered any questions I had. I’ll definitely stay again.

Location was great. About a 2-min walk to the subway. Our room floors were dirty, so after showers, our feet would be black by the time we got into bed.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Beyond the staff not being super kind-the hotel is gross and feels unsafe. My room floor felt dirty, there were scuff marks on the wall, the vanity was unfinished, a hole in the wall and beyond everything the door when it closed did not click shut. So even if it is "locked" with your key- the door still has give and opens up a bit, which feels really unsafe. There was no hair dryer in my room, so I had to request it, and they did bring it to me promptly, but overall it feels like this hotel had super poor construction and opened way too fast. There were also was what looked to be mushroom spores growing out of the AC vent, maintenance came when I complained about it and claimed it to be spray foam insulation, but i do not understand why it would be on the edge of the vents? I felt very uncomfortable even thought the person they sent was probably the nicest on property. It's also very loud, I used to live in the neighborhood so I am used to the noise level, but the walls are paper thin so you can hear every door, guest, etc. This is not worth the value-I have stayed at cheaper budget hotels and have never had an experience like this. Will not return. And have told many of my friends locally to not have their families stay there.
