Was expecting a bit more but was comfy. Couldn’t turn the TV on, wasn’t sure if I didn’t know how or it just wouldn’t turn on to be fair.

Nice stay in a noce hotel. The staff was great!! The folks at the front desk were very helpful anytime we had questions or issues. We did have two issues when we arrived, the room was too warm (76) and the TV didnt work. We let the front desk know and quickly the A/C was cooled down to 72! The TV was a bit more of an issue. Our room didnt get a great signal. The engineer who came to help suggested using a streaming service through a phone, but since the wifi was open i decided not to bother. We were in NY to see NY not watch TV anyhow! The location is great! Right down the block from Times Square. All in all, the experience at the Paramount was very good and as expected!

Hotel lobby is very cool and hip, room was exactly as pictured and can be great value for price, although is very small. Only issue we had was air conditioning not working properly, other than that affordable option in excellent location. Great find at a good price point.

The property was decent, only issues were the shower had to be played with for water to come out. The elevators could not accommodate all the guests, constantly had to wait for multiple stops before being able to squeeze a party of two in. Bed was comfortable and room ok in size and convenient location for time square.

Loved it! Was a showcased artist at NFT.NYC 2025 and was lodged at the Paramount. Very affordable, room was comfortable, friendly and attentive staff. All and all a great experience. Would recommend.

I had been traveling since early morning, when I arrived at the Paramount Hotel just before midnight. I booked and paid for a 2 night stay over a month prior, through Orbitz. (Another zero star, terrible experience.) There was no room for me. I had to scramble to find another hotel-it’s after midnight now-after being directed by the front desk to contact Orbitz. I had to chase a refund, after booking (and paying more for a lesser hotel in the same area. I’ve stayed at this hotel before. It’s decent. My recent experience there was hell. I learned two things; 1) Don’t use Orbitz (or any third party) to book a hotel. (Orbitz took zero accountability and even less help than zero when I needed them. Book directly with a hotel. You’ll likely pay the same and (2) if you have paid for the room and you’ll be arriving late due to travel delays, call and confirm, with this property . At minimum, it will more likely prevent your room being given away (no refund, before a zillion phone calls and a fight.) and you won’t have Paramount Hotel telling you: there’s nothing we can do. Maybe then they won’t resell your room, and leave you nowhere: . Do better, Paramount Hotel.

It's located in a great area. The staff were very helpful and quick! The lobby is really cool and unique. We weren't there long so we didn't get to explore it much. The whole place is decorated very chic and interesting, I liked that. I was surprised by how tiny the room was. The bed and bathroom were fine but I couldn't have stayed more than a night unless I really was just going to sleep, which is essentially all we did there. Overall though, the value was worth the price.

I was pretty wary to stay here after reading reviews, but I am happy to say we had a wonderful time. Besides being an incredibly convenient location, literally across from multiple broadway theaters and a subway station, I found it to be a very clean and nice place to stay. I will say that it is literally next door to a Scientology building, but the pizza place next door, Patz, is really, really good. The room is small, but it is New York and just about every hotel will be. Don’t come here expecting a large room. Our room (a double) was perfect for two, but anymore would be too crammed, and it had a nice view of the city skyline. One of the outlets didn’t work, but that was just more annoying than problematic. Check in/check out is incredibly easy, and the hotel will store bags after checkout / before check in as need for $3 a bag. You must have cash for bag storage, and they have change. I would definitely come back and stay with Paramount again!

Passamos apenas 2 noites, mas não conseguimos dormir. A janela não tem isolamento acústico nenhum, nada mais que um ar condicionado apoiado e uma tábua fechando a outra parte, deixando ela parcialmente aberta. Para piorar, há uma construção em frente, que funciona no período da noite/madrugada. Então, além de todo barulho da rua na região da Times Square, você terá batuques de obra e caminhões de concreto a NOITE TODA! Se você quiser um hotel só para guardar suas coisas e tomar banho, ok, dormir, impossível.

The room is small with not working ac, dirty bathrooms and bathtub no shampoo no conditioner and no trash bag in trash barrel

The hotel is in wander full place because is near to time square and madam thousand , and so many place . I don’t like the comfort of the habitation is so small but for vacation is fine .
