Stay here. It's clean. The staff is friendly. The deluxe suites were amazing and even had a dishwasher. My only complaint is that we would've liked to see conditioner in the shower.

Very clean property. We arrived in the afternoon to see if early check-in was possible and were grateful that it was. First approach, the doors said to use the other entrance, so I stepped to the next which was also locked, and a gentleman opened the door and told me to wait in the next area, which I did. I was initially assigned a room and then he decided to move us over one room due to a baby, which I found odd. Tonight when we returned there were about 8 teenagers outside our door. It is now 9:15 and very noisy with yelling and music bumping and blaring in the initial room that we were assigned, next door. The hotel is very clean, but the overall experience has been awkward.

Interactions and services provided were respectful and the overall impression was positive. Management was available to immediate needs and resolving issues which in my case a tv not working in the bedroom area. Efficiency and consistency best described. Check in was simple. No disturbance.

I first want to thank Darius for the great customer service. Check in and check out was very easy. They were accommodating to my check out time. There is rarely anyone at the front desk. You do have to call if you need any assistance! Darius was always quick to answer! The room and kitchen were clean. I didn’t see any bugs except for 1 tiny spider! The room looks exactly as it appears from the website photos. I liked that they included extra garbage bags inside the bin in case you dispose the garbage yourself. Minor details I did not like. No shower cap, liquid dish washing soap and paper towels. House keeping said it was corporate’s choice to not have these items in the room. The alternative was they had dish washing pods for the dish washer and kitchen cloth towels. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will return!

Room was new and very clean. Only bad review was that during our stay there was NO cable service. They credited my card for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay there again.

The facility and staff were above my expectation. It's like having a studio apartment!

The only thing i had a problem with is w arrived early and couldnt check in. Waited 3.5 to 4hrs be able check in. Other than that over all good.

Room was very nice and clean. Everything stated on the site was there. Bed was really comfortable. Nice layout for visitors.

Property was very clean and IMO, all due to the Assistant Manager Thomas. He was always working.

The stay itself was great! The room is an apartment style with full kitchen. The bed was comfortable, however we did notice long black hair strands on the pillows. The WiFi was terrible during our stay. They have 2 WiFi services and one suppose to be stronger than the other. We tried both and it did not work. I called management and inquired about it and was informed there was an outage and was working to get it restored and will contact us. We did not receive any contact or follow up at all. I had my child with me and WiFi was needed for iPad but was able to use my phone for online viewing. There are two nice sized flat screen tvs, one in living area and the other in bedroom. They have plates and coffee maker, microwave etc there. The fitness and laundry room was clean. The front desk Manager/staff was nice and helpful. The location is in a good spot as it’s walking distance to McDonald’s, IHop and a very short drive to other restaurants, movies, shopping, etc. Overall it was nice despite not having WiFi. I will stay again, hopefully the issue will be resolved.

Simply Disgusting. They switched my hotel 3 hours prior to check in and put my family including 2 infants in a disgusting environment with roaches, hair from previous guest, sheets had multiple spots and stains, structural damage was present throughout the room as well, poor cleaning conditions. I am honestly appalled, flabbergasted and will be filing a formal complaint.

Darius at the front desk was amazing, so polite and helpful on recommending local restaurants etc.
