Checkin was seamless. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Course we were exhausted after a day of travel. Exterior of the buildings and sorrunding need updated; not much to look at but not that important. Back door was propped open so security was very lax. You had to go out the pool area to get any ice.

Staff (Day & nite shift) very accomodating, friendly and they even deliver what you need even at night. Our Experience was very pleasant, good, I gave them 5 stars for the Breakfast..Still the usual American Breakfast. The Parking was best, and very secure..we went there to visit my son who is in the MCGAA military base and the Hotel was very near to the best Entrance (East) going to visit Josua Tree Nat'l Park.. we booked 2 rooms, one with kitchen. we end up going home on Memorial Day 2025. I will definitely booked with Sure Stay Plus by Western twentynine Palms for another visit. hopefully by August..my review/opinion was our group experience and others will not be the same.

Hotel was clean and well kept for the most part. A bit farther from Joshua Tree but isn't a bad thing. Bed was comfortable and shower was clean. Will book here again when I go back!

The room is was clean and the AC worked great which was necessary during our stay. The only thing in the room is a the light switch by the sink was loose and had to be flipped just right or the light would turn on or off on its own. The breakfast was great with lots of options. We did not get in but the hot tub appeared to be out of service because it cold was slightly green. Overall it was a good place to stay for our visit to Joshua Tree national park.

This hotel room condition was one of the worst I’ve ever been in! The way the bed was made up the bed skirt the sheets. I wasn’t even sure if it had been cleaned. The condition of the hotel room was beat up. Paint was chipped. It was horrible. On a good note, the staff Was kind and friendly and the breakfast room was clean and tidy and updated.

The room was not clean, under the bed it was so duty, cereal spilled, the laundry, towels good, the areas where we can se easily were clean, but not the areas that were covered like boho d the drawers and under the bed.
The area where I really was disappointed was the breakfast room. Sorry, super duty, food was not bad, but the room next the cabinets, you could see all the dirt accumulated, the trash cans super duty inside the room. What it really got my attention was the people that work there, juts sitting chatting between them or on their phones but actually working. It’s mean I think they could do better at cleaning that area.
Other than that, not to bad.

This property was in poor condition. The bed was not flat, the foot of the bed was higher than the head, and the mattress was not comfortable. The bathroom/shower had mold around the tub. There was trash and debris scattered around the planters near the door to my room, and throughout the property. I was directed to park in the back parking lot, which was littered with trash, and covered in sand (pictures attached). I booked this hotel specifically for use of the pool, however there was trash and debris floating in the pool and hot tub, and the water was filthy and unusable (pictures attached). When I arrived to the continental breakfast at approximately 0830 there was no hot food left, just cereal, yogurt, etc, and there was no employees attending to the food area. I was very disappointed with this property, and would not stay here again.

Room condition was bad. The ceiling had some sort of bulge probably due to a past leakage. Outside look is deceptive, inside of the hotel is not welcoming. There were pigeons and their mess everywhere.

Floor gritty with dirt. Sidewalks uneven and scattered with gravel. Weird shower design resulted in tsunami onto floor. Noisy overhead, not sure why in a very quiet hotel guests can't be alternated to avoid this. USB phone harger on lamp didn't work, receptionist reluctant to assist, had to go out after dark to track one down in a minimally-stocked town. Keycard only charged with 1 night so when I arrived at room for 2nd night, it didn't work and I had to trudge down to the office to get it fixed with no apology whatsoever. Staff in office and cafe mostly very friendly. Landscaping non-existent. Surroundings VERY bleak.

We stayed in an ADA room, and the bed was worn down and sunken in the middle. In addition to our fatigue from travel, we were dealing with a sore back from the bed.
The continental breakfast included turkey bacon, microwave sausage, mini hash brown nuggets, and scrambled eggs from a carton. Everything else was prepackaged. The coffee was not good. I would recommend that you go somewhere else for caffeine.
Just so you know, the entrance to the lobby is reachable only if you can walk up the steps.
