Ahhh what a chill spot! Everything is brand new, classic and beautiful. Complimentary bikes, breakfast and outdoor showers! The view of the water, the fire pit, the hammock set the stage for a relaxing getaway! We will be back!

Great staff, many vineyards in the neighborhood, spacious room, clean and situated right at the marina.

The Shoals is beautiful and so peaceful. Perfect for a romantic escape. The staff is so attentive and accommodating, especially GeGe. Will go back!

Amazing

The scenery and being so close to all the wineries was amazing. However, I had quite a few issues. When I cooked, the fire alarm went off because there was no fan. The manager asked why we were trying to make it stop when there was no threat or safety issue, startled my boyfriend so much he fell, and then disappeared. The police came a few minutes after, and I explained everything to them. A few minutes later came the fire chief. The police and fire chief agreed that there should be a fan, and it was not my fault. I there for 5 days, and when I asked the maid to come back after 2:00 p.m. when we would be gone, her boss told her not to do it because we stopped in to take a quick pee...it took less than two minutes, but therefore our room should not get cleaned? I'm thankful that my boyfriend speaks Spanish, so he could ask the maid about it. She said that boss in particular was just a very mean person. It is a beautiful property, close to to all the best the North fork has to offer, and the breakfast is wonderful... However, the undisclosed fees and the disrespect by one of the managers will prevent me from ever staying there again. Oh, and the maid service knocked once and then just came in without an invite or okay on our first day...that really freaked my boyfriend out. What if we were naked in the shower? So, great place, just issues with employees and hdiden fees.

Beautiful, modern, close to beaches & overlooks marina

The property is beautiful- was nice to relax in the Adirondack chairs near the marina in the evenings. We stayed in the Grand Suite and everything was spotless and comfortable. As others have said, it is a bit easy to hear your neighbors through the walls at night, but nothing earplugs can’t fix if you’re a light sleeper. The staff were incredible, attentive, and looked after us well. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had in an accommodation. Would definitely return.

Family staycation, booked the boardwalk suite. The room was updated and clean. However, rooms have very thin wall and next door was knocking on the wall when we're just talking, we also have a baby. Also, we asked the office if they have any pots and pans for cooking (there was a sign if needed to request from office), they didn't have any, there's also no sponge for washing dishes. Incomplete kitchen stuff. There's a lot of great restaurants around the area however, most are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The room was beautiful and clean. Very easy to get around and go into town. There was a restaurant walking distance. Everything else is a short car ride or uber ride away. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help out when needed. I would definitely recommend!

Such a great stay. We were so disappointed we were only staying for one night. We will be definitely staying here again.

The property is beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms were clean and staff was lovely. The breakfast included was not great and I think they need to up their game a little in terms of variety etc.

Third stay here, always a pleasure and so close to my favorite southold vineyards
