Good location and central for all shops, restaurants etc., plus on site parking.
Dinner staff were a little slow and disorganised and we had to raid other tables for glasses.

Hospitable staff, room was clean always. The only thing I didn't like was the parking fee which I feel was too much. £18.00 per night for hotel residents is quite outrageous. I've stayed in other hotels where parking was part of the booking so I thought the same for this as the itenary included parking. Only for us to get there and be told that parking needs to be paid separately. We had driven for over 3 hours and so did not have a choice. Other than that, we had a good time, tge staff are doing a great job but reconsider the parking fee, it's too much.

We paid for 4 people 2 adults 2 children nothing supplies for children no towels no cups for tea no condiments even thou I repeatable asked blast paid for for two day was so cold had to go out to eat didn’t even show up second day was awful then 18 parking per day hidden cost wasn’t told about this not food at all very disappointed

Hotel was okay. The beds were okay. The elevators were not working which was very inconvenient when you have to carry bags and a toddler up and down stairs depending on which floor you are on. We were put in the room right next to the noisy clubs so didn’t get much sleep until clubs closed down. We had asked to not be on that side but wasn’t really given a satisfactory answer why not. Otherwise a good place to stay if you want access to the city centre and are interested in night life as well.

Getting into the car park was very difficult so read the instructions before attempting it. Bed was hard and uncomfortable but the worst part was being opposite Retro Bar which is open until 0430 blurting out very loud music. Reception kindly gave me some ear plugs however I got very little sleep! Great place to stay if you want to be out all night but if you’re staying with young children it’s not the best. Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

This hotel is typical Marriott, comfortable but not exciting. The location, however, is what makes it superb. Steps away from the railway station and in the midst of the city’s vibrant nightlife scene. Convenient to the castle as well — a must-see stop in Cardiff!

This hotem advertised a swimming pool as part of the guest facilities however there is no pool at this location.The main issue at this slightly better than average hotel is that we paid in advance for breakfast for our group, whem we booked on the Expedia website the hotel did not receive the correvt booking information from Expedia .and charged us an additional £140 for the weekend breakfast

Getting into the car park was very difficult so read the instructions before attempting it.
