Great hotel and lovely staff!

Everything was perfect for my short stay

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of town. Free parking. Comfortable room. The breakfast was fabulous. Thanks.

Lovely clean hotel, very conveniently situated

Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was quiet but tired, very small and not super clean. It was stuffy at night.

Very small room and bathroom, , my laptop has a bigger screen than the tv , fan in bathroom sounds like a train , could hear all the other guest . Good cooked breakfast but fruit bowl tasted fermented.

By the ‘yardstick’ Travelodge, this property wasn’t as good.

Hotel feels tired and has a not so great smell. Bathroom really cramped. Room wasn’t serviced as requested, but reception friendly and helpful. Doors banging shut made the walls wobble and can hear other gets on the phone etc… Parking is a real squeeze, but at least they have some. Bed was comfy.

Comfortable bed. POORLY insulated room .Adjacent rooms snoring all night. Room was in a courtyard .Public walk way had full view of room/ bed when opened . Strange curtain arrangement , on the inside , to cover door/ window .Bathroom door would not close ,due to warped door frame . Female bar person persisted in throwing , loudly, empty bottles in bin under the bar counter .. Breakfast and breakfasts staff , excelent .

Nice hotel. They did really well. This is a very old building. Room was very small and noisy, but well appointed. Breakfast was amazing.

Hotel très bien placé pour visiter la région du Snowdenia et la péninsule de Llyn. Bar et restaurant soignés et rénovés, très accueillant.Restauration de qualité. Par contre les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles affichées à l'accueil ! 170 euros avec petit dejeuner par nuit pour avoir une chambre très petite et une SDE très miniscule !

Staff were very friendly. The food was excellent. Was made to feel very welcome. Had a room on the ground floor which was lovely. Staff were very helpful during the electric outage. A great place and intend to return very soon

Staff were fantastic , food was delightful!

The staff were really, really nice and helpful. I can’t praise them enough. The room was reasonably clean, as was the bathroom. However, the plumbing was not so good, particularly the toilet cistern, which had issues. Bathroom fittings in need of major upgrade. One thing is that the place advertises parking for guest. However, spaces are limited and on return in the late afternoon from one trip away, I returned to find no parking spaces. I had to park on the street in a a spot with restrictions. I had to get up early the next day to move it in order to prevent myself from getting a ticket.

Our room was incredibly tiny and not practical for two people, the sink was in the bedroom not the bathroom so this brought about some problems as you can image. We asked to move but they were unable to accomodate this request. Housekeeping wasn't the best either, not hoovered throughout our 4 day stay, just bins emptied and biscuits replenished. The staff were all very friendly, breakfast was lovely we ate in the restaurant once for an evening meal, again delicious. They are clearly mid refurb, the dining areas, lounge and bar all very nice but really feel room 29 was not fit for purpose. I doubt we will stay there again. Location is great for shops alternative places to eat, the train station, nice marina and a short drive to lovely beaches.
