  1. Rental cost is determined by the pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
  2. Rental cost include fuel and airport parking fees, toll fee are borne by passengers.
  3. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  1. During booking, please ensure that you choose the appropriate pick-up time for your airport transfer.
  2. You are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure for international flights or 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights. Timing your arrival at the airport according to this advisory will minimize the impact of risks such as traffic, route changes, or other delays.
  3. Please be informed that Traveloka is not liable for missed flights caused by inappropriate pickup times.
  4. For passengers traveling to the airport, lateness is tolerated up to a maximum of 30 minutes after the chosen pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled and cannot be refunded.
  5. For passengers traveling from the airport, lateness is tolerated for a maximum of 60 minutes (for domestic arrivals) or 90 minutes (for international arrivals) after the chosen pick-up time. Passengers are required to pay a late fee of Rp. 50,000/hour after the time limit is exceeded.
  6. For conventional vehicles, the price includes the cost of fuel and airport parking fees. Toll fees are not included and must be borne by passengers.
  7. For electric vehicles, the price includes the cost of fuel, airport parking fees, as well as toll fees (except for JORR II toll fees).
  8. The standard baggage measurement for one item is 24 inches (43 x 23 x 63 cm). This includes suitcases, backpacks (carriers), and cardboard boxes. Strollers, wheelchairs, and folding bicycles, will be counted as two items.
  9. All luggage must be placed in the third row of the vehicle and should not block the rear view. Carry-on bags or backpacks smaller than 60 liters can be placed in the front row of the vehicle.
  10. Oversized luggage (above standard measurement), such as surfboards, non-folding bicycles, or sharp/hazardous objects that could cause damage are not permitted inside the vehicle.
  11. Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
  12. The driver has the right to refuse passengers bringing luggage not fulfilling the above requirements.
  13. If your pick-up is during rush hour (between 15:00 - 19:00) please expect a delay of 30 minutes. If the driver does not show up until then, please call Smartrans at +6282142600062 or +6287775472224.

  1. Hành khách phải tuân thủ quy định giới hạn số hành khách và hành lý cụ thể của xe đã được nêu trong khi đặt chỗ.
  2. Hành khách không được hút thuốc, mang các chất nặng mùi và/hoặc nguy hiểm lên xe của Hi Transfer. Các vật dụng nguy hiểm bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn các vật sắc nhọn, dễ cháy, chất nổ, chất hoá học, vật liệu nguy hiểm và thuốc cấm.
  3. Hành khách không được lái xe Hi Transfer.
  4. Hành khách không được sử dụng dịch vụ xe Hi Transfer cho các hoạt động tội phạm và vi phạm luật pháp.
  5. Hành khách chịu trách nhiệm cho những hậu quả gây ra khi vi phạm các chính sách đã nêu ở trên.

  2. Đổi lịch chỉ có thể thực hiện trễ nhất 24 giờ trước giờ khởi hành.
  3. Đổi lịch tuỳ vào tình trạng ghế trống thực tế.
  4. Hành khách được miễn phí đổi lịch.
  1. Để huỷ đặt chỗ và yêu cầu hoàn tiền, vui lòng liên hệ bộ phận Hỗ trợ Khách hàng qua số +84 28 3861 4699.
  2. Hoàn tiền được áp dụng với các yêu cầu huỷ đặt chỗ thực hiện tối đa 24 giờ trước giờ đặt chỗ đã thoả thuận.
  3. Số tiền được hoàn là 100% phí thuê xe.
  4. Số tiền hoàn lại sẽ được chuyển qua phương thức thanh toán đã sử dụng khi đặt chỗ.
