Our experience with Sheraton Lima was great and above n beyond. The food , location and staff was outstanding.

Toilet work poorly . I needed to flush at least twice.. While taking a shower the water was slow to drain.

This was a beautiful hotel, with a very convenient location and excellent staff. The only issue we encountered was that our toilet did not flush, and when we asked to have that fixed, someone came up and tried to help, but it still never worked. Luckily we were only there one night, so we ended up using the toilet in the lobby, but that would not have been a good long term solution. We told them this upon checkout, so that at least they could fix it for the next occupant, but they didn't seem to even acknowledge it. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. And there is a mall located right next door with a huge food court, so that was convenient.

Clean room. Breakfast is excellent, love the mini tamales ☺️. But bad experience with the checking in, they gave me the wrong room that was occupied in the moment😬

Good location. However, there was too much noise in the room. We heard other guests when they were showering or using the flush in their own room like we were in the same room. Additionally, breakfast was not worth to money to pay for, nothing special about it.

Great staff - We landed Lima in the morning andvthe staff arranged us early check in at noon. Great location - The hotel located at the historic center which is few minutes walk to a lot of scenery. Well maintained Property - Although the property is a bit old but is properly maintained. Rooms, corridor and lobby are always clean. Fresh breakfast - All the food offered are fresh, delicious and more than enough.

It was as a very pleasant stay in this hotel!! Staff accommodated all my need and more...

Impressive hotel, as you would expect with Sheraton. Staff all really helpful, and pleasant, all spoke excellent english. Lovely room, very easy access from the street with underground free parking which was very accessible. Lovely bar and food in restaurants, breakfast excellent. Great location.

Perfectly situated hotel you get a great vibe of the city. It is a bustling area and its connected to a local mall. Breakfast options were fantastic. I would definitely stay again.

I had a very late check-in and later had to request a room change due to a strong unpleasant odor in the first room. We were moved to another room, which smelled better, but I found the bathtub revolting, with significant mold along the bath seal. The sink constantly flooded because of the old-fashioned double taps (one for hot, one for cold water). The bidet was broken and leaked water onto the floor. The exterior of the hotel, particularly on the balcony side, looked very dirty. They should consider hiring professionals to clean the outside of the building periodically. The TV options in English were extremely limited or non-existent, which was very frustrating. The hotel provides one complimentary bottle of water per guest per day, but on a few occasions, we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but we were still denied water for those days. This forced us to buy water from a grocery store, which felt unnecessarily petty on the part of the reception staff. Overall, the staff is very nice but the hotel has serious issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and service that need attention.
