Si capisce che l' hotel è datato, ma le camere sono spaziose, hanno lenzuola pulite, e una scrivania per lavorare comodi, forse il bagno non all' altezza, ma c è anche il bidet quindi non ci lamentiamo. Ottima la colazione, a parte il caffè (si può comunque comprare a parte l' espresso).

The toilet leaked. Breakfast buffet was not replaced as items were depleted. Taxis to the airport were overpriced by the concierge..just get a taxi on the street and save 50% of the concierge quote. Paid $120 CAD for an evening checkout, less than the cost of an overnight stay booked through Expedia. Not a great location. Miraflores is a better choice.

Staff very nice. There is not heating in the rooms at all. The water in the shower stagnates up to the ankles. I wasn't too happy.

When the lobby used to only have two chairs the rooms used to be cleaner now the lobby is beautiful but the rooms look like a sad sad life

They used to treat me very good but the treatment basically nowadays was horrible the room was filthy, the carpets had stained they forgot the trash there was mold everywhere, it was very hard to sleep sometimes because of the humidity, the first time I stay there was amazing was very comfortable but now it feels like they just pushed me to any other room that nobody wants to stay in. I had a car accident and they didn't even say we're going to check it or take care of it now they just said sorry and walked away.

They couldn’t find my reservation and American Airline would not let me checkin and the counter wanted 20 US dollars to manually check me in this is terrible

Estuve preparando este viaje por mas de un mes, necesitaba una habitación comunicada ya que viajo con una duscapacitada visual, todo estaba preparado hasta nos habian hecho un upgrade al piso 18, hasta que me tenian que entregar las habitaciones y una perdona en la recepcion con un grado de acné severo (llamemosle la granos) sin siquiera leer las indicaciones de la reserva, la granos nos separó a nosotros piso 9 y a mi cuñada cin discapacidad piso 18, al cuestionarle porqué nos habia separado contestó que es lo que mejor puede hacer ya que no estaba la habitación todavia, le empezamos a increpar y la muy cobarde no volvió a salir, dejandole a Juan el problema e hizo lo mejor que pudo, piso 16 comunicado. Me molesta que la granos no recibiera ninguna amonestacion ni castigo ni nada.
