The hotel needs an update. It had a terrible smell, the shower curtain was full of mildew, and overall was just not clean. We did not walk in room without shoes on! The staff were super friendly, but we will never stay here again. Our daughter attends UVM. We stayed one night only.

Great location and great facilities. It was very easy to get everywhere around Burlington from the property. The room was excellent, and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again during a return trip to Burlington.

Staff was very nice but doors didnt completely close on their own and room was a little dirty. Still a very good stay

I liked the location, the walkability of the property and the breakfast in the morning. I also liked the fitness center.

I thought the double tree was an older looking hotel but very modern inside. A very cool dynamic!

Awesome service

Room was comfortable. Was there for UVM students day. Was told that UVM would provide breakfast. Went to hotel restaurant at 7:30 am for breakfast and was told by host that it would start at 8 but we could get food. Finished my breakfast and was surprised that the waiter presented me with a bill for the breakfast. Asked the same host why I was being charged for breakfast and was told that the UVM breakfast was at another room. I think the host should have told me this before letting me get my breakfast. Very deceptive and disingenuous!
