It was a very nice resort property right on some beautiful beachfront. The restaurant offerings were a bit limited although the food was good.

It was a nice stay, booked a king full ocean front room and was put in partial, front desk adamant that it was a full view but even the bell hop said it was partial view. Moved us to double queen full ocean front. overall was still a nice stay.

The staff was great, friendly atmosphere

This is a beautiful property. Loads of amenities, friendly staff & steps from the beach. There is something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk assistant he was very helpful and polite Knowledgeable . It was as simple and easy to get checked in my room . The place is right off the beach and it was easy accessible. The hotel was extremely quite clean and well maintained and organized. The association are very friendly and helpful

Had to change room at check-in because of odor in original room took 2 other attempts at looking at other rooms before finding acceptable room. Rooms in much need of refurbishing.

The room had wet carpet that soaked my socks. There was no concierge, no brochures, no help as first-time visitors to the area. I did finally get a map at the desk. The desk was polite and helpful as were the housekeepers. The property was well maintained. The restaurant was good and had a nice menu.

I will start with what was good. The staff was outstanding, at least the limited staff that was available. In other words, staffing was extremely scarce. The Property needs to hire more people. As a result, the wait time for services was extensive. Another huge problem with this property is that the furnishings and basic upkeep of the property was abysmal. The furniture in our suite was so old and scratched up, it looked like the type of furniture you might leave on a street corner with a sign that says “FREE; PLEASE TAKE”.

Would not recommend this property. When pulling up to the property, the valet/bell hops were congregated around door arguing who's turn it was to work next. By the time I removed suitcases from vehicle and walked to front desk, someone finally came up to help. When we got to the room, there were dead moths on the floor and where our towels were kept, mini oreo cookies in front of tv stand, some type of oil spotted on the walls and squished bug guts across the ceiling above the beds. I called the front desk and sent an email. Nobody had responded to my email as of this moment (over 24 hrs). The second day, we expected the room to be cleaned and serviced. When we came back, nobody had come to clean our room, replace towels nor make the bed. Housekeeping did come and bring us towels when we called. I have stayed at this resort in the past when it was a 'Marriott' and was looking forward to the great experience I had then. I was sadly disappointed and will never book a stay at this property in the future.

Old facility…lobby looks nice but the rooms could use a significant renovation. The air conditioner never cooled the room, there was a stale smell, carpet on the floor of hallways in a beach hotel does not make sense. There is only one restaurant onsite and minimal amenities. On the positive side it is right on the beach and a good location in the community. In all this might be a great hotel for families but not an adult vacation.

The room was humid and had a musty smell to it. The comforter was also see practically through. The room had been up dated but there were definately short cut taken.

The AC in our room leaked but it was fixed. Two elevators out of three did not work for some time, unfortunately it was during the check out time on Sunday so many people we in distress. We were not checking out on that day but it was difficult to get from 10th floor to the main floor. The elevators worked later in the day. Everything else was nice. The lady in the spa could change her attitude. She was very unpleasant.

Great place to stay. The staff is amazing here.

Staff and Facilities are excellent. The room and view were nice. Only problems I admit are hard for the facility to control and are common at most hotels. Can’t keep the door open to listen to ocean and enjoy the Oceanside room due to people smoking both cigarettes and dope on their balconies, and people out by the pool at all hours of the night raising hell. Overall a nice stay. Wish there was better access to The dunes restaurant right down the beach from the resort. Good poolside service with everything you might need.

This hotel needs a major remodel. On top of that, the grounds were unkept. The pool area had catapillers everywhere (dead and alive). One elevator was out of service. Food was average for cost. In addition to the resort fee, you also have to pay a fee for parking and most of the chairs by the pool are also reserved for a fee as well.

Our stay was great, we loved the pools and the beach. We chose this hotel beause its a Hilton and on the beachfront. So convenient!

Beautiful property. Perfect location.

The location is great. It’s not too up to date but nothing to complain about. It was clean and always stayed with a fresh smell. I only have 3 complaints. Our TV would not populate Netflix. I called and they advised me to come to front desk. I went and the young man said they dont offer it. I was confused bc I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and it was also on the TV but would not connect to internet to allow me to type my user info. I just walked away confused and when we attempted again…it loaded and I entered my credentials. Very weird. That same young man stated I had a $30 credit to use each day. He specifically stated. I could use it on the property and in the store but for food and drink only. When I checked out, I had a charge for the coffees and she told me it excludes the store. SMH. Lastly, I was double billed. This happened last year and went through hell to reach someone. I assumed it was because of the name change and probably system related but this time I prepaid and was still charged for my stay. I don’t understand the issue with billing but it is so inconvenient. My cc company resolved it. There was also another lady at the hotel who was questioning the same as me (we both had pending amounts). And for the record this wasn’t the ‘hold’ amount that is typically done, it was the full amount minus any additional costs. This causes me to me be hesitant on staying here again. I just don’t want to go thru the hassle. Besides those things, all was well.

Great location with a beautiful beach. Had to switch rooms a couple times because of what looked like mold in the ac ductwork and a really bad smell in the room, but the front desk was very accommodative and gave us a new room right away.
