Hotel was amazing and so was the staff

It is classy, excellent location, very attentive staff and breakfast was excellent. Check-in and check out was good without any hassles. We had dinner at their Moroccan restaurant and the entertainment/ballet dancing was phenomenal. Food was okay. Rooms were well done and clean. Mattress was reasonable. Valet service to Airport was excellent. Overall good experience.

This place was wonderful, though we didn’t think the same of the city. I don’t usually opt for an American hotel but was glad I did here, as I didn’t see anything else that looked anywhere close to the standard offered by the Hyatt. Room was on top floor, lovely and large. Pool and gym were useful after a morning of walking around the city (ie yo the mosque and back). Area around the hotel is slightly risqué but we were very glad to have this place to come back to for 2 nights.

It was a good accommodation Bu we couldn’t use the swimming pool because of the arrangement the both days

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The perfect place to stay after a ten day road trip around Morocco before flying out the next day. We had a lovely view of the Hassan II Mosque as well.

I was grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a kind gesture. The service from the staff was warm and attentive throughout my stay, and I appreciated their professionalism. However, the room itself didn’t quite match the photos online, and there was an unpleasant smell that took away from the overall experience. With some improvements to room maintenance, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better stay.

Every staff member of the hotel was exceptional and worked hard. They went above and beyond for customer service. One of the staff members, Mr. Muhammad in the breakfast area was extremely courteous and would strongly recommend!!!

Good for city visit!

Die Zimmer sind generell alt. Mein erstes Zimmer hat stark gestunken, konnte dann wechseln. Das war kein Problem und das zweite Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Servicemitarbeiter waren gut. Der Pool war geschlossen. Was aber gar nicht zu akzeptieren war, dass man im Hotel, im Restaurant rauchen darf. Das hatte was von 1980, dementsprechend sind auch die Zimmer. Viel zu teuer für die wenige Qualität,

Hotel maalesef eskimiş, duş temizliği iyi değildi. Çalışanlar görevlerini iyi yapıyordu. Özellikle resepsiyon da görev yapan İkram hanım çok güleryüzlü ve işini hızlı yapan birisi, kendisine teşekkür ederim.

Lobby beautiful. Restaurant was fantastic. Took almost 2 hours to get bags sent to room.

We spent 3 nights. Wondeful experience.

No washing facilities in the toilet which is separate from the washroom/shower. One has to walk across the room to the washroom to wash his/her hands after doing his/her business in the toilet. Also toilet was not clean.

This property seemed like an older Hyatt hotel. It was clean and spacious, however I did not like that the flooring was carpet. The bathroom was an average size with bathtub and standing shower. It is walking distance to the market and some restaurants.

A very comfortable hotel, with excellent service, and attractive public areas. Convenient for the tram and Casa Port rail station.The staff were welcoming, approachable, friendly, helpful..altogether very professional. The room, too, was comfortable, spacious, quiet, very clean as you would expect from a Hyatt, though I would appreciate USB ports in the room, in addition to the plug sockets. Breakfast buffet was excellent, in the attractive, plush restaurant, and the gym facilities are excellent too.

The room is extremely old, carpets, curtains is from 2nd world war. When you enter the room a very bad moisture odor welcomes you, windows are not opened so no way to get fresh air to clean the room atmosphere. No plugs near the bed is an evidence of a old hotel, toilet, bed all is old. Only good thing is breakfast, hotel totally doesn’t deserve this price.
