I had several encounters with the front desk folks. Lika and Sophie (or Sophia) were warm, kind, helpful and smiley.

I wanted to inform you that unfortunately, we ended up leaving the hotel last night around 11:00 PM. When we returned in the afternoon, the AC still wasn’t working properly, and my wife became very upset due to the uncomfortable room conditions. After trying to manage it for a while, we had no choice but to book another hotel for the night in order to get proper rest. I shared this with the front desk attendant before leaving, but unfortunately, she did not seem to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation or express concern that we were checking out a night early due to the unresolved issue. This experience was very disappointing and unlike anything I’ve encountered during my many hotel stays. I hope you are able to resolve the AC issue to ensure that future guests don’t go through the same frustration we did.

All the staff we encountered from the shittle driver to the front desk and others were super nice & helpful.

Everything was superb from the moment I checked in! My room was immediately ready and beautiful. The staff were super friendly and the location was perfect (just around the corner from the Crystal City metro!) 10/10!

I had a great experience. Very convenient to Metro. Clean, excellent staff. I was able to leave my bag and go to DC and then return.

I loved my Jr Suite, but I found a pair of dirty underpants in the closet as I was putting my clothes up for a three-day conference. The staff at the front desk were apologetic, so I offered to share the picture with them. I disposed of the underpants. I tried to order breakfast for my last morning at 12 midnight but it was suggested I wait til morning as I'd be picking it up on my way out to the Capitol. I never got breakfast as I had to rush to get an Uber with others. Lastly, I forgot to put on my hearing aids & realized it when I was already at the Capitol Bldg. I called hotel & a front desk person sent security to the room I'd already checked out of. Security confirmed there were no hearing aids but that there was clothes left behind. I was confused but asked to hold off cleaning room until I returned by 12noon. My suitcase was already checked at the desk. I got a new key & went to my room expecting that it would be as Id left it, but it had already been cleaned out & a housekerp8ng person was walking out with the wrapped Hagen Daas ice cream I’d left in the freezer. I asked for it back & she gave it to me. The front desk apologized that Security had made a mistake thinking the Marriott bathrobes were my clothes that were left behind. The male staff id spoken to from the Capitol said I was not checked out but I did. When I got back to the hotel I went to the front desk staff Emily who had checked me out around 8:30am. She said that someone reopened my room account.

Friendly staff, well appointed rooms and public spaces, a good experience overall.

The location was perfect! Staff were pleasant, the hotel was clean and the lobby inviting but the room was outdated.

Nice place to stay close to everything we needed

The nighttime dining staff and bar tenders were amazing. Friendly, accommodating and caring. Genet our server was fantastic. We would go back just to interact with the staff.
