Overall a good experience, however hotel rooms need updating.

Great location. Room decor a bit dated. Room heating didnt work despite calling maintenance to fix. Made room very cold

Had a lovely stay at the Mayfair Hotel. The staff are so good and nothing was too much trouble. Had a slight problem with a twin room request not being available but this was handled very well and sorted very quickly. Thanks to the check in staff. Lovely location and would certainly stay there again.

Brilliant hotel at brilliant location

Great location. Apparently had a deluxe room…nothing deluxe about it. Disappointing as the lady at the check-in desk knew it was our anniversary, and made a point of looking for a good room. The view from the room was a building site. Bathroom was fine except that the position of the shower means the bathmat gets soaked every time.

Facility was excellent. Staff was perfect combination of friendly and helpful but professional. Breakfast had so many delicious choices. Bar would be a destination in itself. We'd love to return.

We have stayed in this hotel before but this time there was building/construction work going on all hours of the day/evening just outside the property which did have an impact on our stay as it was extremely noisy . *ask for a quiet room at the back of hotel

The bed were worn out and unfunctionable.

Staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Really enjoyed the stay

Çok merkezi , her yere yürüyerek ulaşım mümkün. Ayrıca gerekirse otelin önünde metro durağı var. Kahvaltı fazlasıyla güzel ve yeterliydi. Oğlum için açılan ekstra yatak aşırı küçük ve rahatsızdı.

High-end hotel and amenities with great staff.

Tremendous experience all around. Staff especially were professional but very kind and helpful. George, Anna, Niousha and others were exceptional. We'll be back!

All was good

We had the most wonderful stay. It was only short but it was my daughter’s 3rd birthday over Easter weekend. They spoilt us with a lovely room upgrade and A teddy for my daughter. Room service was impeccable and customer service from start to finish was 10/10. Will definitely be staying again soon.
