Otimo custo-beneficio, localização nota 10, perto de tudo e 50 metros do Olbelisco, quarto e cama confortável, chuveiro também funcionou legal, café da manha poderia ter sido melhor,pois foi muito repetitivo todos os dias.

2月の暑い時期ですが、エアコンが送風のみです。ホテル全体が送風のみです。 暑くて眠れないと言ったら、扇風機を貸してくれました。

Llegué de Ciudad de México a Buenos Aires a las 10:00 pm, llegue al Hotel Exe a las 11:30 pm. En la recepción nos indico la única persona que se encontraba que no nos podía dar nuestra habitación por que el aire acondicionado de todas las habitaciones no funcionaba. Pero que nos daban la habitación en otro hotel del mismo dueñoubicado a cinco cuadras de distancia Fuimos al otro hotel y nos dieron la habitación. No conocimos en hotel Exe únicamente la recepción y la fachada desde la calle Mi opinión es que Expedia debe tener una forma de avisar con anticipación que las condiciones del hotel estan completas y correctas. Si hay algún cambio avisar oportunamente

The hotel is located near Plaza de la República and various transportation options and is close to several shopping streets and theatres. Unfortunately the AC system in the hotel didn't work so we had to use a fan to keep cool in our room.

Llegamos del aeropuerto al hotel a las 12:00 de la noche, y no nos podían hospedar porque no tenían aire acondicionado. Nos consiguieron hospedaje en otro hotel. Todo esto a media noche. Muy mala experiencia de reservar con Expedia. No creo que vuelva a reservar con Expedía. Deberían confirmar el estado del hotel y avisar antes de que lleguen los huéspedes al hotel

Outdated rooms and property but had a good breakfast. Pictures are a little misleading. Great location.

Muito boa, já estive hospedada neste hotel uma outra vez a alguns anos atrás e gostei bastante e por isso voltamos, ele tem uma excelente localização e o quarto que ficamos (nas duas vezes) é bom e tem uma vista linda do obelisco, é confortável, porém o banheiro é um pouco velho e o chuveiro só fica quente após as 7:00. O quarto agora está melhor, pois retiraram o carpete e colocaram piso de madeira, que o deixa mais limpo. O problema do quarto é que estava sem ar-condicionado, porém colocaram um ventilador que ajudou um pouco. O café da manhã, como sempre, muito bom, em um local espaçoso com uma vista linda e com tudo muito gostoso!!

Nearly everything was great. The location, check in, check out, the front desk staff, guest room attendant, the kitchen/dining staff, and the continental breakfast all were very good. The only complaint? It is summer in December in Argentina. Everyone knows this. We specifically chose the Colón for its location and that it was air conditioned. Unfortunately, the AC had broken down. They moved us to a room that did not have direct sunlight and provided a stand fan. Actually, since we were not in the room during the day this, combined with a shower before bed, worked out well.

This Property has not had Air Conditioning for over 2 months!!! This was not listed on the Expedia site - so I could not choose a different property. Note:; It is November 2024 in Argentina and that is Spring/Summer. It was brutally HOT, Muggy and unbearable. They has a limited number a fans - that only pushed around HOT - Musty Air. The Hotel is in Need of a complete overhall The Beds were Lumpy and saggy, the furnitue was from 1970's and the breakfast was disgusting and inedible. The location is good ... IF ALL problems were fixed... it could be a decent location. Over all - a 1 star or less. Do NOT stay here. I am going to ask Expedia for my money back... It was that painful

Afora não ter ar condicionado, que me obrigou abrir a janela e ter todo o grande barulho do trânsito no quarto e também não ter quem ajudasse as pessoas a levarem a mala ate o quarto (mesmo sendo idosa) todo o restante está muito bom, sem esquecer a sua excelente localização.
