It was excellent from the staff

Convenient for the airport

Rooms were pretty dated and could use some upgrades for the amount of money charged oer night. Maybe add a fridge and microwave. Other than that, the staff was amazing and the stay was good and quiet. Very convenient for the airport.

The staff is amazing

My stay was amazing. I was looking to get away and relax wit my daughter. I was able to do just that. I will be booking again with this particular double tree 💕

Room had mildew through it, burn holes everywhere, and really dirty. We got a noise complaint called on us when we were bringing our luggage in. They double charged us for parking. Manager was suppose to call us but never did. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is very nice and reasonably priced. Easy to get to and a good restaurant on site. The only rough experience we had was the service in the restaurant. Incredibly slow and frustrating because we could see our server talking and goofing off. Otherwise, a great experience and would recommend.

Our shower had shower head piece missing there was rust everywhere. Our facit was jot working properly.

Very close to airport and timely shuttles; clean rooms. Checkin and picking up car (ticket was in lost luggage) was a very long wait in lobby - 1 more receptionist would speed up service. Was overcharged for parking for an extra day and it was impossible to talk to a live person on phone, then calls are not returned. So lost $25.

Bed frame stuck out from frame; carpet was wet by the window, down came out from comforter. Had breakfast at restaurant; the food was cold and over done.

The convenience is what I needed

Walls are thin. Heard the neighbors tv and conversations. I was on a end of the hall room as well. Other than that grea stay

The staff at the bar were rude and ignored half the people sitting there. The staff member who drove the shuttle was late and then was extremely rude upon having the guests enter the shuttle. I would rather pay hundreds more to park at the airport than stay/park there again. The only staff that were friendly and nice were the front desk. This review is not a reflection of the front desk staff.
