Only problem was getting into the back door…hard to get in using my scooter but many helpful guests and staff assisted us.

It was clean and a nice place to relax.

With The name of the hotel and size should have been no issues but the TVs were basic with no access to streaming, the rooms a/c did not work well, the pool was dirty. Everything cost money and highly expensive , no complimentary food or drinks.

Great experience with the hotel with one exception: the elevator. I was going down from the 8th floor, the elevator started and then just stopped. No floor number on the display, nothing I had no idea what to do. Terrified, I pushed the open door button hoping for the best and the doors finally opened on the 7th floor. I then humped my bag down 7 flights of stairs because I wasn’t getting on another elevator. Honestly one of the scariest things I’ve experienced. The elevator in question is (looking from the front desk) the second one on the left. Outside of that, everything was great. I won’t be getting on elevators for a while though. Lots of first floor rooms and stairs in my future.

Property has dinning option made it easy to get food without leaving the property. Staff was helpful.

No complaints! It was a clean property and everyone was kind. Kind of a headache you have to pay for parking.

Beautiful property, lovely restaurant, attentive and helpful staff, no room service from restaurant, Starbucks not open, hidden parking fee not included in room price.

I stay at alot of Hiltons across the USA. The staff was great! Especially the hostess in the lobby. The dining room looks elegant, but the menu choices are sparse. The Long Island Ice Tea was lacking. The breakfast bar/buffet was the same as you find at a free Best Western breakfast, minus the biscuits n gravy. Hilton Gardens you at least get a custom made omelet at least...i expected more for $17+. The hotel has an outdated feel...the restaurant chairs are peeling material, drastically. I mean, one of the menu items is a 12oz steak for $42...fix your chairs...and tables. That being said...with the number of hotels available in the area (Hilton family)...i doubt i would stay here again. I want to be clear, the staff is great...the hotel and menu/restaurant needs some TLC.

Parking fees are unacceptable at this location. You can drive a 1/2 mile and park for $9. The motel wants $16 for extended parking and now charges $12 per night to park your car during your stay at the motel. Unacceptable charges.

Room had bed bugs and was in poor condition. Staff was completely unpleasant while checking in and checking out. Extremely condescending. Website did not convey that the lot parking needed to be paid for. Disappointing. Was there for little 4 hours and had to pay $13. Overall a very unpleasant and disappointing stay.

Right by airport, perfect location!

The service at the check in didn't want to help to pay my parking. We got a text messages from Emily and she told us the parking system is not working and helped us, thanks to her ! But before we got the message from Emily, i tried and wasted one hour to pay for parking ! At the check in, the lady was while she talked to me on the phone to talk to someone else, didnt answered my questions and got unfriendly after i told her i cant pay my parking ticket. The room was not really nice. Had to clean the shower, hairs in the shower! The AC was so noisy, sounded broke! We couldn't sleep!! It rattle! I am really upset, i thought a hilton hotel should be a lot better!!!

The bathroom shower/tub did not function correctly. The handle that controls the temp was broke so cold shower, secondly if I would have wanted to take a bath, the shower release was stuck so the shower was the only functional option.

Clean rooms and the staff was friendly.

I had a great sleep.

AC was broken in our room. They offered 2 box fans but it was very hot. Beds are not comfortable. Shower drain was clogged so we couldn’t shower.

I love the environment.

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk agent was friendly and welcoming, which started our stay off on a good note. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. The space was small, and while the listing advertised queen beds, they felt much smaller than expected. There were a few inconveniences—like a dripping sink and no microwave in the room. For the price, you’d expect that to be a basic amenity, especially since there’s no alternative microwave access anywhere in the hotel. Overall, we were just passing through, so it worked for a quick stay—but probably wouldn’t choose it again for anything longer.
