Loved the friendly staff !

Well located in the center of town. Good gym.

Interior was excellent. Exterior was a bit dirty and consistently smelled awful.

Most of our stay was good. The rooms wasn't ready when we arrived. The driver that picked us up from the airport wasn't helpful at all; in fact he act as he didn't want to help at all. The rooms have a smell to them...

Amazing location and very friendly staff. The hotel and rooms are very clean. However, the bedding felt stiff and not very comfortable. The pull out sofa mattress is not comfortable at all.

Great location- across from Central Park. spacious rooms, good customer service. The AC was loud. The first night we got there, we asked for extra sheets, we were told they were short staffed they would eventually bring the sheets, but no one ever came. I’d recommend if you need extra blankets, bedsheets or towels, request them early morning.

チェックインの時、問題をかかえていたが、男性スタッフがとても親切で助かった。その後お礼を言いたかったが一度も会えず残念でした。ケトルを借りたらカップ他フルセットで用意して下さって感激しました。 フリックコレクションが売り切れだったが代替案を提案してくれたコンセルジュにも感謝しています。 親切なスタッフとそうでない方のバラツキがあるが、レストランスタッフも含めて親切な方のレベルが高い。

El hotel es bueno, tiene una ubicación increíble, pero recuerda, no deja de ser Manhattan, el cuarto es pequeño, pague una fortuna y no creo que llegara a los 30 mts. cuadrados, sin vista, el baño amplio y limpio.
