Very nice

We got a few upgrade to our room which gave us an amazing view of the falls and tower from our room. Hot tub could be hotter, but still nice. IHOP staff was amazing as well. Everyone was very friendly

It was nice that we didn’t have to go outside to get to the places we wanted to go. Anything we needed was within walking distance.

This used to be a great hotel when it was 4 points. This was our second tome staying under the wyndham amd both times we had major issues. This time one of the only two elevators to our floor was out service causing long wait times. The debit achine was down so i was forced to use the bank machine to withdrawal cash to pay for my room and deposit and charged a 6$ fee. Staff is not very knowledgeable at the front desk

Everything in this hotel was amazing, but it has horrible parking. 70$ to park on site is crazy and even after pay 30$ to park offsite we were not even guaranteed a spot if we went to out and came back.

Just recently went about a wk ago. When we arrived we were greeted with 2 security guards before even walking completely in to check in. Very uncomfortable feeling, I felt as if I were being watched the whole time. Parking was a Grand $35 bucks each day and that's self parking.Its $70 for valet. They also didn't mention if you arrive late you have to park in the second lot which is behind the taco spot across the street. The hotel is decent for the price not too bad. The room was clean, well I thought it was until I looked down and the bottom of the toilet rim was dirty. It looked like someone peed and it was there for a while. The beds were comfy though. The room did have a microwave and mini fridge which was a plus. in the hallway, I think one of the drop in panels on the ceiling got messed up and they covered it with plastic bag and some painters tape. Overall I think it was ok. The price was good and it was walking distance from everything we wanted to do. I would definitely consider other options if you want something a bit more fancy.

I like it's proximity to the casino and parking which allows us to remain out of the weather.

Good access to casino. Short walk to Falls. Started doing construction in room above us at 7:30am. No soap in sink or bath dispensers.

Room was clean, and convenient when seeing a concert at the casino. View of the falls was very nice. There was a loud party in the hall until 3 in the morning that ended up with guests arguing/swearing and no one did anything about it. we parked in the $35 parking lot across the street but were charged $70- they did correct it after I called. They also charged the hotel fee that wasn’t included with the points used.
