This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was spacious, clean and water pressure was good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or Uber to lots of restaurants, bars and attractions. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels well stocked. The temperature of the water was a bit uncomfortable though. The pool was a little too cold and the hot tub too hot to really enjoy for long at all. We had a room near the elevator and could hear people talking clearly from the bed. If we come back to Richmond we would request a room away from the elevators.

The staff was very friendly and professional.

The manager that day was excellent. What I didn’t like was the noise from the next room I couldn’t sleep.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable room. Shout out to the bartender on 7/26/25. He was closing up, when a thirsty group of concert go-ers showed up. He opened back up and made sure everyone was taken care of. Great guy that helped cap off a great night!

Wish we had gotten our room, but previous guest smoked in it so it was unavailable. Staff were accommodating and pleasant.

Delta Richmond was very cleannand quiet. The shuttle drivers Mr. Gary and Mr. O. were amazing. They gave us recommendation and were very speedy and polite. The check in was a breeze. The staff was inviting and nice and helpful.

Bathroom does not flush after maintenance said it was fixed.

Great staff at the front desk, and hospitality staff super amazing. Isaac was super friendly and all those under him were perfect. I would only say Ashley (Bar staff) needs hospitality training. There was not 1 smile, nor happy greeting from her any night of the week I was there. She seemed miserable.

Could have done without the 8:30 fire alarm on a Sunday no, but appreciate the efficiency and safety measures. Shuttle driver Garry was a highlight. Terrific service, lovely man. Very helpful.

The first room I checked in, the toilet didn’t work. I was moved to another room and the AC didn’t work and I was offered a fan by maintenance. Location: 555 Canal St. Richmond, VA.

Great location. Clean modern hotel with all the amenities you need for a night or two

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very quick to help and answer questions. They offer free shuttle service w/in 2 miles. A+ experience all around.

Overall location is great but cost is about 50% higher than should be for what is offered. Breakfast should be included in room cost like majority of simular hotels now a days. Also paying extra for parking is excessive.

The bedding is outdated and worn. Pilling. There was no conditioner in the bathroom. Bathroom door paint was chipping and peeling. Breakfast closed early without warning or notice.

The only thing I might complain about is that when searching for hotels this one said parking available. It did not mention the cost! They could be more transparent about that...
