Excellent location, great room, awesome staff, decent food, not the least expensive.

The front office staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Restaurant, Aqua Terra had both main dining and patio dining. When we called for a reservation for 6 they put us in the patio. We thought this was ok but soon found out after we were seated that the patio had a different and more expensive menu (higher price for a similar item). The patio said Aqua Tera on the sign at the patio but was operated independently from Delta or Aqua Terra! This clearly had to be explained to us on the phone before we booked our table for 6. Also, we were very disappointed in the food quality over cooked, cold and for the child with us an extremely hot Mac&cheese (no warning from the server) and she burnt her hand while adjusting her dish. NOT ACCEPTABLE besides the dish was over cooked and charred in the hot container again NOT ACCEPTABLE! No thought of deleting the cost of the mac&cheese from our bill! Never again and this gives Aqua Terra and Delta a very bad name!

Hotel was very clean! Staff was extremely helpful!! Will definitely come back to this hotel!

we have stayed at the hotel regularly -about 30 years always a great stay--summer time prices for those post 65 too pricey i can understand this busy season parking prices which continue to escalate high and will impact on whether we stay at the holiday inn on division street and uber into town--parking here is basically free--uber fee--less that cost of parking at the delta--

Nice location with friendly and helpful staff

The property was beautiful. The views are excellent. Our air conditioner was not working properly in our room was very hot in the morning. We found out we had no shampoo or body wash. These things should be checked regularly when cleaning the room that was unfortunate.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing location-everything in town is within a few blocks-and a lovely view of the water. Will definitely stay here again and bring my kids next time.

Beautiful view of the bay, close to pubs, restaurants all kinds of night life.

Really nice hotel. Great location. Met with a friend there and shared a room. We came from different cities so we had 2 cars. Charging $40 dollars a night for “each” car to park is excessive. That charge really leaves a “ bad taste” overshadowing an otherwise excellent hotel.

Parking is a real challenge. Otherwise it was great

Noisy Hotel/Room. Sounds like shotguns or rifles until 2am/3am. Really thought the noise was coming from outside. Obviously after asking the front desk, this quite peculiar noise was generated by the wind, infiltrating pipes, or something else. So clearly a structural problem in this hotel that is required to be addressed. Not slept a lot and usually quite easy on this. The bed although was particularly comfortable and the bathroom with all the required amenities. Pity.

Very clean, helpful friendly staff. The front desk clerk helped my sister with her phone which was acting up. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were fabulous at all times. Very helpful. Approachable and friendly and efficient. One quick suggestion is to consider putting more coffee in the rooms. There was only one packet, which does not seem like enough (and certainly wasn't for me). Staff brought some up which was great, but having more in there to start with makes sense. And possibly some cream or coffee whitener, rather than just sugar. And a shower cap for the bathroom. Again, staff were helpful and provided these things, but having a well-stocked room makes guests feel cared for. Overall, a great place with a fabulous view and super staff. Great food, too.
