La habitación muy limpia, la ubicación excelente, pudimos ir a barrio antiguo caminando muy cerca y muy seguro aún de madrugada tiene estacionamiento lo cual es muy útil en esa área, el personal bien atento y el check in rapidísimo, no alcance a desayunar por que tenia que irme, pero olía riquisimo, hubo un problema porque el clima de la habitación no enfriaba bien e inmediatamente nos reubicaron y se solucionó el problema. Si volvería a hospedarme ahí

Buen lugar, muy céntrico. Solo la habitación estaría mejor si enfriara un poco más durante las noches. Y el desayuno tal vez tener un poco más de variedad. Hostess a la entrada muy buen servicio. Pero otro personal deberían dar un poco de tiempo libre antes de recoger los platos, se siente un sentido que te apresuran y los que sirven no hacer caras si uno pide cosas.

The room are old and smell bad I got 2 rooms And the a/c was not working on one of the rooms Told the staff about it and they gave me a fan The shower was not draining correctly I really wasn’t expecting that I’m never going back to that place

Hotel rooms need renovation air conditioning is very poor needs to be maintained Avery day in order to work the ac vents are not very cool beds are very hard and pillows too the only thing that was good was the bar restaurant down stares that’s the only thing we love was the food ok

el lugar es muy antiguo no se ve limpias las abitaciones , no tiene buena iluminacion , no tiene suficientes contactos para conectar o cargar el cell. ni siquiera me toco una silla en el cuarto tube que pedir una que nunca llego. lo unico bueno fue la ubicacion

No funciona el aire No enfria

No hay aire acondicionado Tete envian un tecnico sigue igual Despues te cambian de habitacion y sigue igual

Para mi esta muy bien, esta en rented de una placita donde en la tarde predicament la palabra de Dios, que para mi eso es muy importante y No esperaba eso, en la esquina puedes trasportarte en un autobus que te lleva a conoser lo mas importante de Monterrey, y se me olvidava desirles que aqui en Hotel tienen un buffet en la mañana, Grasias.

Al hotel le falta limpieza profunda, fumigación contra cucarachas.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. It’s a very convenient location. Upon checking in the wait times were long. Only one person at desk with multiple people waiting most of the time. In which I had to wait multiple times because the card for the room deactivates itself constantly. Morning, night, afternoon the room key did not work. It’s needed for the elevator to go up so usually I knew it didn’t work before getting to my room. Very inconvenient. My safe didn’t work. The fridge did not cool. The tv had very few channels. Did not have a do not disturb sign for my door. Coffee maker with no coffee, cups, or anything. I guess it’s decoration. Showers were horrible. The water is at the temperature you set it at then is scorching hot, freezing cold, then normal and pattern repeats. It’s kind of funny now since my kids made a game out of it. The pool was supposed to be open the 17th then it was pushed to the 25th. The side doors in the lobby never worked. Staff was polite on every encounter I had. I really like the location but probably would not stay here again.

El hotel está súper céntrico, el personal amable, sentí que el hotel no estaba muy limpio, ya que había detalles como las cortinas que si se veían que les faltaba más limpieza. El personal muy amable.. en general bien.

Las instalaciones son viejas y no han sido renovadas no funciona a los aparadores y el clima es obsoleto, el personal no es muy atento y no hay agua para beber de manera accesible todo el tiempo se desprogramaron las tarjetas para el acceso y el elevador.

Su ubicación es excelente

Se desplomó la cortina, cucarachas y el refri no servia

CONFORTABLE EL HOTEL SOLO UN ASCENSOR TIENE PEQUEÑOS DETALLES QUE TIENES QUE USAR LA TARJETA QUE A VECES NO FUNCIONA PERO EN LO DEMAS ACEPTABLE

El hotel estuvo bien. Pero deben considerar que si quieren descansar y hay algún evento afuera. El ruido no los dejará dormir. El aguaca que usan es muy colorada. Yo tengo dermatitis y me la activo por el exceso de cloro en el agua de la regadera y lavabo Hice la reservación por Expedia y en hotel solo me facturó lo que se le pagó. No me facturó lo que yo pagué a Expedia. Si planeas hacer un viaje de negocio no te quedes ahí o no reserves con Expedia por que la factura no te la darán completa
