Fantastic hotel. Close to the underground (tube) station and took us 20 min to be anywhere in London. Excellent location with grocery stores, restaurants and nice neighborhood around. Also the Natural History Museum is like 5 min walking distance We stayed as a family and loved it.

Excellent location. Near the Natural History Museum. But the two-floor bedroom offers only one good bed. The other bed is cheap and uncomfortable. Much too expensive for what it's worth. Other than that, the cleaning staff did a great job and were very friendly.

Location is perfect, very clean and modern hotel!

O quarto é muito impessoal!! As camas são pequenas para 4 pessoas, parece uma cama de viúva e não de casal!! O quarto não possui mobiliário suficiente!! Não há uma cômoda com gavetas, apenas um armário pequeno!! A equipe é agencie muito simpática!! A

Very nice stay

We were a family of 5 in a single suite which was hard to find in the area. The room was clean but shows its age. Some sockets and lights did not work and the door would not lock till they came to remove the door seal. Otherwise convenient location.
