We booked a duplex room where there was a large bed in the upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. The room was large for London but basic. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and simple. Gym was well equipped. Location is close to museums and in between 2 tube stations - very convenient to Victoria Station from taking the Gatwick Express. The hotel is on a main road so you will hear some street traffic but not as loud as Soho where the nightlife seems to go for ages!

Ein Flügel vom Schallschutzfenster hat gefehlt. Auch gab es zu wenig Abstell- und Hängemöglichkeiten. Abgesehen davon war unser Zimmer top und 1 min von der U-Bahn entfernt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lies für uns keine Wünsche offen. Mit dem Taxi am frühen So. Morgen lediglich 25Min zum Airport Heathrow.

Excelente ubicación! A un par de pasos del metro. La limpieza de las habitaciones podría ser mejor. Muy silencioso, con mucha privacidad.

Deluxe odada kaldık bakımlı ve yeterli büyüklükteydi. Otelde çok fazla Türk vardı Türklerin sıklıkla tercih ettiği bir otel yorumlara da bakınca. Otobüs durağı önünde, metro durağı 2 dk uzaklıkta Heathrow havaalanından tek metro ile geldik çok rahat. National Museum, Science Museum ve Imperial College'a türüme mesafesinde. Hyde Parka da yürünerek gidilebilir. Ancak asıl gezi yerlerine çok yakın değil sürekli metro ve bağlantı değiştirmek gerekiyor. Kahvaltı normal çok güzeldi diyen Türkleri merak ettim. Otel çok kalabalık kahvaltı kalabalık oluyor hıza yetişemiyor personel

Konum ve otel çok güzeldi. Memnun kaldık bir dahaki seyahatimizde yine tercih ederiz.

The room was clean and the gym was fantastic for a hotel gym. Breakfast was great and the location was incredibly convenient.

Great location across from major tube station Glouster road. Even though we had booked a "deluxe" room (significantly larger than standard room), the room was very basic. Room service was OK but typically late in the afternoon after we came back from a full day in the city.

The hotel has a great location next to the Tube. It has the Secret Garden which are beautiful tea spots. We got the mini suite which had a first entry with a desk, mini fridge, tv, console under the TV for clothes to be put in and a round breakfast table with 2 chairs. A wooden stair case wraps up to the second floor which also has an entry. Note- no privacy walls (it’s a loft). And the bathroom is located upstairs. Upstairs features a closet with 3 tiny shelves. There is a wall mounted TV upstairs and no console/cabinet/dresser to put clothes in. We found this very challenging. The bathroom hooks don’t hold your towels. They constantly fall which meant water conservation was an issue. Literally no other place to hang her damp towels. Staff was bringing new towels daily. If you wear contact lenses, the safest place I found to put them on was sitting in bed. The sink has zero ledge. There is a large shelf behind the toilet which would mean straddling the toilet to put your contacts in and hoping you don’t drop them on around the toilet area. Water pressure and shower were fantastic. Instant hot water.

We arrived early and could not check in but they held out bags while we explored. When we finally checked in, we were giving an accessible room which gave us more space but didn't have much in terms of seating or areas to unpack. The room was fine, not too noisy but not cleaned super often in terms of new glassware, tissues, trash emptied. Convenient location, nice enough staff at the bar and front desk, we didn't utilize the gym but it had ok equipment. Overall, a decent place to stay if on a budget and want to be in a quiet area near the tube and restaurants.

This was a great hotel right by a tube station. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. They did have a an option for breakfast but I don’t use it. I had a drink at the bar and the staff there was nice as well. Overall a great stay!

5 gece 4 kişi iki katlı aile odasında konakladık. Odanın büyüklüğü çok iyiydi. Otelin konumu harikaydı. Gloucester Road Station'a 2 dk Natural History Museum'a 5-6 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Hyde Park'a da 7-8 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Tam karşısında süpermarket, Boots olan küçük bir pasaj var. Cafeler, publar yürüme mesafesi. Biz sadece oda konaklaması yaptık yemekleri bilmiyorum. 2 olumsuz yorumum olacak, 4 kişilik oda için gardrop yetersizdi. Alt katta da bir dolap ya da çekmece olsa çok iyi olurdu.Çocuklar 5 gün bavulda yaşadılar. Diğeri de pencerelerin açılmamasıydı. Yerler halı ve ben alerjik olduğum için odayı havalandıramadığım için 3.günden sonra biraz zorlamaya başladı beni. Halısız bir oda seçeneği olsa mesela süper olur.
