Shuttle service was terrible. Contacted hotel for shuttle & was put on hold for 20 minutes. Finally hung up & called again. Second time it took about 15 minutes & then another 15 minutes for shuttle to arrive. When requesting the shuttle the hotel wanted our name, confirmation number, etc. We requested a shuttle for the following morning at 10:30am & it didn’t arrive until 10:50am.

Better options available. Nothing special abut this place. Kids screaming in the pool at 9am

Very stingy with their towels, didn’t clean one of my rooms for 2 days. Won’t stay here again. Nothing too terrible, just better options available.

Penthouse restaurant was nice. The room office desk was wably, dirty desk (sticky like coke was spilled on it aand office chair was broken.

Clean but old…. Hallways kind of smell. Needs updating. Did not like that I had to pay additional $15 parking fee.

Everything was excellent, especially the staff. The only downside was the fact that the hotel is located at a busy intersection and the sounds of traffic were heard even on the 7th floor.

Around the hotel was a lot homeless. Is unsafe

The room was nice very big spacious, but there was too many noise coming in from outside traffic.

Front desk staff not very friendly or approachable. The lady tried to avoid eye contact with me so the gentleman helped check us in. Hotel is a bit outdated and bathrooms are not the best. Tubs a little dirty.

Pending email response from a several incidents that happen at the hotel. I will update review once I hear back. However, it’s now been 2 weeks.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. When we got to our room, we realized that we could hear the people protesting ICE very loudly. We asked for ear plugs and the front desk kindly gave them to us. The staff said that the protestors had been out there every night for the past 5 nights. We had to sleep with the earplugs in as the protesters went on until 1am. If we had realized that IHG were accommodating Immigration & Customs Enforcement officers, we would NOT have reserved this stay. IHG should have let us know about the potential noise. The bathroom was old and frame around the mirror and fixtures corroded.

There were rioters outside and the front desk handled our disappointment so graciously and helpfully that we stayed anyways.

My stay at this hotel has been absolutely horrible. There is a protest happening right outside, and it has been extremely loud and disruptive. We haven’t been able to get any rest at all. The noise is constant, and it’s impossible to sleep — which was the entire reason I chose to stay here. I feel very unsafe. The atmosphere around the hotel is chaotic, and I do not feel secure at all. We are unable to even step outside to get something to eat, grab a drink, or even go to our car. It’s just a horrible, horrible experience all around. Instead of being able to relax and rest, I’ve been filled with anxiety and fear. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I definitely would like to be reimbursed for my stay. I paid to feel safe and get some rest — not to be kept up all night feeling scared and on edge. This experience has completely ruined my trip. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace, safety, or even basic comfort

The rooms were very clean, the employee that checked us in was awful, not friendly and would not even greet us, no smile nothing, I asked him was he ok and he just stared at me, I tried to make a joke again a blank stare, if you do not want to work in customer service this is the wrong place for you. We went back down to get some ideas for a place to eat and he would not even answer another employee just happen to be there and gave us a good location. The restaurant located on site was very good and the employees there were super friendly. Also if you want any shuttle service make sure you schedule it ahead of time. I tried to call two days before and was on hold so long I just gave up.

Is quite ok , only i was not informed that i was charged with security deposit and until now was not credited back to my card

This is my third time staying at this location over the last 6 years. The staff are always super friendly. It’s a great location for me to get to my business meetings. However the hotel is a bit old and tired. But the worst is- all three times I’ve stayed- my shower has no hot water. I will probably stay at newer properties going forward.
