Thsi prperty had a face lift. The rooms were noisy the ac units are so loud its like being behind an airplane. Some of the staff was new the term we can use this a a learni g experience should not be said to guests. They new acting manager never addressed my issues until i looked to speak directly to her. The lounge was infested with flies. In the food as well. The lounge freee starbuck machine that was supposed to be availability 24/7 was broken. The main area starbucks concession is only open until 2pm and the staff isnt transparent that as a club level guest yiu are entiiled to free drinks. The best part of the hotel was the gym. That was done really well and well maintained. In all fairness the hotel did issue me a credit for the poor service and inadequate conditions. But definitely not worth the money for the conditions. I spent some time in the lobby. Lostening to other guests many had the same complaints. Sheraton you could do so much better.

Great property, friendly staff, easy check in process, clean rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast and appetizer upgrade. Food was good. Also enjoyed the pool with a deep end.

Love their renovations , layout is perfect , convenient , front desk staff were beyond helpful , rooms comfortable with many outlets for electronics , bathroom and shower very nice with lighted mirror , cheerful welcoming decor ,

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at… I have annual trainings in the Raleigh-Durham Area, and it doesn't matter whether my trainings are in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, etc, I always stay at this hotel

前台冷淡，入住時發現，浴室裡沐浴乳架整個掉落在浴缸裡，塑膠碎片四處飛濺，打電話告知櫃檯時，工作人員語氣冷漠，並提前掛我電話，令人非常無語。隔天下大雨，窗台邊踏腳板滲進雨水，地毯潮濕一片，一樣打電話告知櫃檯希望能送幾條毛巾給我們，讓地毯的水份暫時吸收，阻止繼續蔓延，口頭答應後當晚也沒有送來毛巾，幸好雨勢轉小，沒有釀成更嚴重的危機。住宿當中，房務整理後當天，發現床上的耳機不見，一樣打電話告訴前台，麻煩幫忙問一下房務是否有看到耳機，電話中答覆會再詢問並回電，直到退房也沒有任何消息。最後退房時，櫃檯人員一邊嚼著口香糖，一邊工作，完全不符合星級飯店的門面印象。 雖然飯店很美，房間小但是舒適，但是這樣的服務態度，令人失望，如果不講求溫暖溫度，尚可入住體驗周邊樹林湖泊的美好，但若有問題需要請飯店幫忙，則自求多福。 未來不會再入住喜來登系列飯店，以上為個人經驗分享，希望只是特例，運氣不好的我恰巧碰到。

Staff were so nice. The room was clean. This place is so quiet and peaceful. Surrounding area were so clean as well.

The room was great and dine-in service was good.

Clean, newly renovated, kind staff, great pool, zero complaints. Would stay here again when in the area!

I was not at the hotel for very long, but the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and I have no complaints.

Great experience all around.

The property itself is fine, however, they have an additional parking fee that is annoying and difficult to deal with when you arrive at the property. It would be so much better if they either included the parking fee in their total cost or if they just let it go because the space itself does not actually require you to have special parking.

Great hotel. Surrounded by trees. Beautiful pool. Very friendly staff.

Clean rooms

Poor air conditioning in room

Room was small but adequate. Cleanliness was impeccable. Bed linens were nice but a king bed should have four pillows of the same density. The shower control knob was missing and there was no control to change between overhead and handheld heads. A huge surprise was a charge for parking in the hotel parking lot. I was there less than 12 hours and at the minimum, you are required to pay for 24 hours. Worst of all, this charge was not advertised. We’re told if you don’t pay, you will be ticketed. This is a separate charge from the room. I’ve paid for parking in big cities before and it is always advertised up front and paid to the hotel.
