The cleaning could be much better. The sheers in the room were dirty and ripped in spots. There was lots of confusion at the front desk. I’ve machine out of order on the floor and one “1” small microwave located in the eating area of the hotel no microwaves in the rooms. No free coffee in the lobby area.

The room was very spacious but could have been a little cleaner. The carpet in our room and in the hallways had spots, especially what looked like large drops of fresh blood going down the hallway to the ice machine area that was never cleaned the entire three days we were there. The common sitting area around the check in desk was unusually warm, as if the air was not working properly. The buffet breakfast at $18.99 a person offered the same types of food (frozen/reheated eggs, French toast sticks, bacon and sausage along with cereals, yogurts, muffins etc) that we typically find at hotels offering free breakfast. For that price I expected maybe a waffle maker or someone making omelets to order. Since they also use the same area for dinner service, I assume they do have a kitchen they could make breakfast items.

Had an easy late check in! Room was super clean and comfortable even being on the first floor.

Everything was great will recommend my friends and family to request that hotel when ever in Atlanta, Georgia.

Stay was nice and digital access made check in and check out easy. Property was definitely dated and could use an update. Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom door wasn’t working.

The smell in the room and the room was not cleaned properly at all. All long hair in the bathroom and foul smell in the room.

Staff was friendly! They need microwave in the rooms and some updates around the hotel!

Stay away from this hotel. It is not a four star Hotel. Terrible condition and filthy.

It was okay; I was only there for two days.

Needs a lot of improvements. They did not have a clean up, poor water flow.

Bed was so hard that it was like sleeping on cement. Carpet and upholstery in the seats of both chairs in my room was stained. Toilet seat was not clean. AC was loud. Staff that i spoke to about it was not honest and manager never followed up with me as they indicated that they would.
