I.WOULD THINK AFTER 20PLUS YEARS USING EXPEDIA THEY WOULD HAVE HONORED MY MOTHERS REFUND. CROWN PLAZA HOTEL LOST ALL FUTURE GUESTS VISITING MULTIPLE TIMES A YEAR THAT HAVE STAYED THERE VISITING HICKORY. EXPEDIA WILL ALSO BE REPLACED WITH ANOTHER BOOKING APP.
