Basic hotel but very clean and good customer service.

Carpet not vacuumed, washer broke, room is outdated and old. carpet nasty and needs to be pulled up, not real eggs, stool seat almost fell off. WE had to fix it!!! refrig in room was dirty inside.

Overall not very clean in hallways or with room. Older place with decent facilities as far as outdoor recreation and old pool.

I liked the friendly service, especially a confirmation call on Saturday afternoon I believe. That was very thoughtful. In addition, we were guided in the perfect parking area based off of where our room was located. The room was very spacious and we were able control our AC, some locations are very challenging to work.

Staff helped solve problems.

The rooms were very nice. However, they do not clean them every day. It was close to the All-Star village, which was why we were in Oneonta.

Very nice very quiet. The atmosphere outside is beautiful. We have great breakfast in the morning. The people that work. There are all very nice walking through the halls. Everyone agreed to it’s a nice place to stay at if you ever get the chance.

Quality Inn Oneonta was very convenient for getting to SUNY Oneonta and was very affordable. Less than a 10 minute drive to the college. Rooms were clean, but the shower was very narrow, and I'm not a large or tall person. Some of the towels were ripped. Fridge and microwave in room and many channels to watch. No room service for food, and the only place to eat on premises was closed on the weekends. Free breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. I'm celiac and was glad to see omelets and yogurt, and those omelets were awesome! Tons of nearby restaurants to dine at for lunch and dinner. Very convenient parking, so not a far walk bringing luggage to and from car. Safe with key card entry to rooms and to enter the building from other entrances. Very quiet, and the pillows were plenty and very soft. We asked for extra towels at the front desk, and they said there weren't any extra towels. Saw the cleaning ladies in the hall the next day and asked for extra towels and they gave them to me. Excellent place to stay, so I highly recommend.

Nice front desk staff. Nice and quiet area but yet lots of stores and places to eat nearby.

Affordable option

Reserved room hadn’t been cleaned on check in. Moved me upstairs, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty minimal. Overall it was a pretty decent stay.
