Staff was very professional and helpful. Great to have an outdoor pool - lobby and overall decor very pleasant. A very nice Holiday Inn!

Park behind the hotel is beautiful for a walk. Room was clean and modern, but shower temperature was inconsistent. Either wouldn’t get warm enough or stuck at max heat.

The condition of the room was deteriorated, there was homeless people hanging around the exterior of the property, the fire alarm was faulty and went off three times. We could not use the pool because an entire lacrosse team stayed for over 4 hours ordering in dinner and not even swimming. Additionally they also broke a clock so you couldn't use the interior pool.

Great location!

Location is great, you can walk to just about everything you’d need to walk to. But the hotel itself is a bit overpriced for how out of date it is. And for as much as they’re charging guests should get at least ONE morning of free breakfast rather than it being an additional charge

Front desk staff and the shuttle driver Roger was the best! Also, felt very safe! We didn’t have our dog with us but you get an A++ for being dog friendly.

We had a family stay for a concert, my husband, our son, and a friend of ours went to a concert nearby while our daughter and I stayed behind and enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the comfortable room we had!

The breakfast buffet was 2 out of 5 stars

Had toilet leak in middle of night. Breakfast cost $18!.

My daughter and her pals had an absolute blast during their stay at the room I booked for them. They felt super cozy and secure the whole time.

It's a fantastic location and very cleanly.
