We had a nice stay.

I would not recommend and they don’t do refunds even if you don’t stay due to bad service they have a nice pool area that have nails by the pool the area is dirty around the pool. The first bedroom I was in had nasty sheets. The second bedroom had nasty sheets and a roach dead on the wall. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. And management does Not get back to you or even care about your stay when you are unsatisfied

Weed smell. Desk clerk wouldnt do anything about the people parked in handicapped spots without permita. You get what you pay for I guess

Lumpy bed small pillows tv did not work

It was not clean nor maintained well. The beds were fairly comfortable. That is about it. The pool looked ok but crowded from spring break. There was a small minigolf which was fun enough. But had slimy goo in a hole. It could be fine if you don't mind marginal cleanilness and just want the arcade, pool, mini-golf.

The staff was very nice and you could tell that the hotel used to be super nice. It was originally a Holiday Inn Holidome and though I'm too young to have been to one before, it seems to have almost all the original features. Elementary age kids would love it. But when I say original features ...bu mean it. It was pretty run down and the restaurant was closed. The kiddy pool was broken. The cafe in the atrium (formerly Holidome) was closed. The hallway they had us in smelled like puke on and off. And the doors from the outside into the hotel did not actually lock so anyone could enter. I heard they were doing renovations though I didn't see any evidence of that. Could be such a beautiful building with just a tiny tlc

Very busy time of year could not use the pool or hot tub and the people in it were dirty so I just excused us from enjoying that

I recently stayed at this property, once we were given keys to the room, one of the keys didn’t work, I went back to the front desk and was questioned multiple times before a new key was given to me. The room was outdated, dusty and there were stains on the sheets. Upon laying on the bed for a couple minutes you began to start getting itchy throughout your body. I feel the place was over booked, the pool and hot tub was so packed that my family I weren’t able to get in. We had a room with a balcony and were told everything shut down at 11pm, we had neighbors next door being very loud on the shared balcony and nothing was done about that, by 1 am my family and I had enough, packed our stuff, with our kid and left.

Room was dirty. Use some tilex on the shower to get the pink mold out. No hot water.

I booked room cuz in door pool and they told me Thursday pool was closed to till further notice and they didn’t give me money back or let me come at a letter day I don’t think that was fair

The hotel is old and dated

The checkin person was nice and fairly quick. The facility is huge but not crowded when we were there. Map provided with close parking to our room. The breakfast was good. The pool area looked very clean but we didn’t have time to use it. Bed was fine. Nice to have frid and microwave in room. Shower was good and had nice warm temp. Room had regular arm chair and desk chair too which we liked instead of just sitting on bed. Would stay again.
