I wasn’t sure what to expect but the reviews were great and it was just a short distance to the park and stadium. It’s an older hotel but don’t let that deter you. We were immediately greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, the room was clean, the temperature in the room was perfect. The morning breakfast was lovely and service was great! We will definitely be back!

We decided to stay based on reviews. But apon entering strong Marijuana smell, lady was nice. Price steep for not having a free breakfest. The IT helping me get on wifi screamed at me on the phone very very upsetting we almost left at 10 at night to find a new hotel if i didnt have young kids we would of left.. Desk and areas tacky to the touch, stains on the blankets, shower head leaked everywhere. Indoor pool not very accessible for a 4 year old and we wanted a pool to enjoy and didnt get to. Cords from wall laying on floor inbetween the beds. Would not recommend to family or friends even people we dont know.

Randy and his team were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay to attend a concert. The room was a good size for 4 people and clean.

I stayed here for 2 days and overall enjoyed my stay! The staff was over the top nice! I’ve stayed at many hotels across the US and this hotel has been the only one that called up to my room 20 minutes after check in to make sure I was okay and didn’t need anything. I will say the rooms have a little old smell to them mixed with a smell of smoke. You can tell the rooms are older. The hotel itself is huge with a lot of different amenities that were great. The location is amazing. It’s right across from a huge plaza with a Target, etc. on the other said is a Sheetz, Chic fil a, and so much more. Also only 20 mins from Hersheypark. The parking was great as they have a huge parking lot.

It was really well maintained and clean and for the price thats a big plus! All of the staff was really nice aswell and answered in a kind and respectful way. Definitely would book another stay there or another Red Lion.

The staff was nice —location convenient. The place is definitely run down, needs some maintenance. It was clean but stained rugs, scratched up trims, chipped paint, etc makes it feel not clean. Good price though.

Rated great for families, lies! You have to be over 21 to play pool, 18 to go to the gym. The place is outdated and dirty

Very friendly staff and great amenities.

It was dirty. The junior "suite" was equipped to handle two people not five. Sofa matress was ripped, stained, and no bedding. Pool areas were ok. Rest was a mess. Wouldn't stay here again.

I enjoyed my mini vacation there, we used both pools and the hot tub. The outside one was cold but I had to remember that it is early in the summer season. I stayed Monday to Wednesday so it was pretty quiet. Very nice area to walk the dog. One of the main reasons for staying there was the amenities, We all enjoyed our stay, the only thing that was confusing was when we went to see about the buffet and they weren't open that day. Tuesday I tried making two cups of coffee for my husband and I and the coffee pot didn't work so I went to the front desk and the nice lady gave me a new one and more coffee.i would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything.

Staff and facility was A1 stayed many of times. Randy the Propery GM. Is great, quick response when needed. Pool amazing get you a piece

This hotel was very accommodating, super attentive, and we will definitely be coming back again in again. This stay was very fun and relaxing and just what my cousin and I needed. Thank you for giving us the weekend off and supporting our every move!

Lively property, great staff snd fantastic amenities. I give this hotel 10 out of 10 stars. Ill be back!

Restaurant and bar not open. They wanted 16 for breakfast. They offered no coffee and had no creamers because they were locked up. They said it was because we were the only guests at the hotel. This was not true unless people were sneaking into room. There was a card game going on right outside our room. Many abandon rooms with lights on and TVs going and linens torn apart. Almost like something from the shining.

We had a great stay just would have loved the outside pool to be open and complimentary breakfast would have been great. I also haven’t my 100.00 back yet for incidental , but otherwise it was a great time. The restaurant wasn’t open when we went they sent the cook home early because it was dead. Many restaurants around the hotel. Staff made us feel rude at home and made a lot of accommodations for my mom and the boys. We did last minute date changes and they were very accommodating for that and my mom being handicapped. We definitely will be back at n the summer to try out the pool.
