It was a quick stay

All in all the stay was pleasant. Great room, clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be the faucet in bathroom sink was very loose. Needed 2 hands to hold and turn water on. And with the rate, the breakfast should be included.

My stay here was good for the less than one day. I accidentally booked the hotel room here when I intended to stay at the Hilton nearby. That property representative Jasmine was so nice; she had a shuttle take me to the property because they are both Hilton brand. This one is nearly renovated. The room was well kept. I am thankful that this was an accidental booking worthwhile. My only concern was the security of the room doors. I would like more ways to secure the door from the inside with the contact-less card entry.

My room location was not ideal. It was above the entrance atrium and very noisy. I would have requested a different room but I was too tired

I was a very average hotel .

Hotel is well-run, clean and affordable. A small bar and restaurant in basement was convenient and had a good open layout. I thought the food was good, hearty midwestern style, with fresh salad and thoroughly cooked veggies. No problem there. There is an outdoor pool, but I was there in winter, so pool not open. Slightly odd building layout means that there is one elevator for floors LL (Lower Level) to 4, and about 20 yards away, another elevator from floors LL to 5. Not a big problem, just a little odd. Anyway, the room was tidy and comfortable, looked like a recent retrofit with spacious and modern plumbing fixtures, and everything worked. The area is very close to the airport, with mixed industrial & commercial neighbors, but not close enough to be affected by air traffic noise. Next door is a failed former hotel/motel property, neither abandoned nor currently under construction, so like many areas of St. Louis, this district has seen gradual economic decline, but is surviving. I did not see any signs of crime or abandoned property in the area, so my assessment of safety was about average. Staff was friendly, effective and helpful to me during my 2-day stay. There are some conference rooms (all in the basement) and a small workout room. The convenience factor for me was largely due to close proximity to the STL airport.

It was a nice place to stay for the night before a flight. It was kind of loud but there was a volleyball tournament going on that weekend so...

Great last minute stay.

Restaurant was sub par and over priced

Heat was not working in room during the first night. Had to sleep in a cold room because there were no other rooms available. Trying to rest the next day & the maintenance man is in & out of the room fixing the unit. Hot water in shower kept going out mid shower. Staff was pleasant & assured me that someone would reach out about being compensated for the first night. Haven’t heard from management at all.

We got snowed in making it a very long day. They got us in early and the beds were extremely comfy.

Nice clean for the money I spent. Breakfast could've been offered. Sodas were high. Overall it was nice n clean

There was bugs in the room

I was advised by their shuttle line that if I needed shuttle from the airport after the shuttle hours front desk would reimburse me. They said that was only valid during normal shuttle hours. Ok. But that is what I was told. Shouldn’t you honor that?

Place is just kind of 'eh' at best. Loud, kind of run down. No microwave or minifridge. Not really what you'd expect from Hilton. Also, watch your credit card bill. We booked through Expedia and paid in full in Dec and then the hotel charged me another $118 after the stay. After it was hard posted for a week I called the hotel and they basically blamed Expedia but did refund me after some pressure. Seemed pretty shady.

My initial experience checking and setting up my digital room key with Luna at the front desk was pleasant. My stay went downhill from there. The morning after check-in I realized the plumbing was failing in my tub/shower area. Hot water wasn’t flowing from the tub faucet or shower head. Also the lever to switch between faucet or shower flow was broken and water fell from both independent of switch position. The next room I was moved to had a heavy leak right over my bed wetting and waking me up at 4am. In the morning. After moving to my third room within a single evening with a tired child the safe wasn’t function in the new room and onsite staff could not solve this problem.
