Room was extremely hot, ac unit did not function. System needs updating.

My children and I stayed for two night. After the first night I noticed my 3 kids couching a lot, irritable and very uncomfortable. The morning of checkout I decided to check for anything odd and noticed in the bathroom ceiling over the shower was mold. I brought it to the mangers attention with proof of videos and pictures and she told me to reach out to Hotel.com about my concerns. I will never return.

Hot cookie at check in was a plus. I came down in the morning and breakfast was closed, but someone at the restaurant got me a cup of coffee for free and I desperately needed. Friendly staff. Always a plus for me.

Not a bad stay

Check in was great and he accommodated us with two rooms next to one another They also allowed a little later checkout as my daughter not feeling well. But the renovations and construction started at 7am on Sat morning and was directly above our heads. All in all not a bad visit

The property did not shovel snow on walkway, toilet did not work, hair ball in towel, broken tile, under construction so banging on wall in morning, no blanket, heater so loud had to turn off, front desk clerk rude, shower curtain too short so water everywhere, just awful!!!

The service at the front desk and restaurant were excellent. The room was clean, but the cabinet door to the refrigerator was broken and there was only luke warm water in the shower.

It's so difficult to arrive.

When we first got into the the room the first thing we smell is the strong humidity of the room and was very unpleasant. When we used coffee maker there was bug pieces coming out of it. There was construction noise in the day.

Pas pratique pour le transport en commun pour le reste rien à dire toute étais superbe pour le prix .
