The view from our room was amazing! However, the shower head was malfunctioning.

The front desk were very friendly, informative, and helpful. Christopher was exceptional. He went far and beyond to make out trip easy and enjoyable. Christopher even walked outside to show us which direction to go in for steak dinner. I can't say enough about staff throughout the hotel visit. The room was a great size and beautiful view of the city. Parking was the worst. We're not going to mention how much it cost to park in ramp directly across the street. Again, we want to thank Christopher for helping our trip fun.

Nice location and good food options. Stay was a bit pricey as well as the parking, unfortunately.

The only issue we had during our stay was that they were out of room keys so security had to escort us to our room the first night. Since we didn’t have room keys it felt like we were locked in room lol. In their defense we did arrive late because of our flights getting delayed but I did call ahead to notify them of that. The next morning I asked for room keys and they didn’t seem like they were going to give us any at all until I kept questioning them asking how they still didn't have any room keys available. Then magically 2 room keys appeared. Besides the room key debacle, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was in nice area with lots of things to walk to.

Nice rooms but the elevator situation is very inconvenient since you have to walk through the hotel two take two different elevators up and down.

This is a great place for by the riverwalk and walking throughout the town. Personally didn’t have the best experience with staff throughout our stay. Check in miscommunications, the room wasn’t completely cleaned, asked for new towels seemed like a problem, and the staff didn’t have to tell others they ran out of hotel keys. Just felt the overall team was unprepared for the weekends events happening in Chicago. The Riverbend was convenient. The restaurant says open until 11pm online but 10pm throughout the store so when we went to go for a late meal they told us the place was closed. We were on the other side of the pool and you can tell the pool was near because you could smell the chlorine throughout the floor on that side. Our outside window of the city view was PERFECT. The only complaint was the window was dirty so no great photos. Check out was seamless and quick for us. Receipt was received nearly instantly. If you need somewhere to stay and sleep then go on about your day this is a good place. Other than that it’s an average hotel stay experience.

Room was nice; clean and modern. All the staff was friendly. Loved that we could check our bags with the concierge prior to 4pm check in time. The restaurant was great. The 16th floor had the pool and the entire floor was hot.

The light in the bathroom would time out and leave me in darkness when getting out of the shower. I didn't like that, it felt dangerous. Also, the vent in the bathroom doesn't work...

Everyone was very nice and accommodating

Room was okay. Only one person during check in so there was a long line. It had a wet muggy smell to it maybe bc we were on the floor with the pool. So I get it. TV did not work. We called front desk twice until they finally sent someone to fix it. Maintenance couldn’t so they asked to move us but it was already too late to move our stuff. Inconvenient especially with a 6 year old. Vents are very dirty. In the rooms and hallways. Best thing of this hotel ate the views and location.
