They actually had cable tv which other hotels appear to have abandoned for the cheaper streaming services. Much appreciated.

My second time staying here and it was pretty good. This is a good value for the money and within walking distance to bar/restaurant Park Place. It is convenient and not highly priced for what you get. Shower pressure could be better, but it worked ok for our purposes.

Staff was GREAT! I was by my, so just a little Leary…

They kept my money but we cancelled the day before because the previous Expedia hotel had bedbugs. I did the right thing and they said thanks by keeping my money.

Tbe heater was having a issue in room #108( loud) and I wanted to take a bath / But plug didnt work! Waiti g on my deposit for $100

Cleanliness

Nice accommodations, very clean, friendly staff.

The room and lobby were clean and tidy. The staff was very nice, they accomodated us appropriately without asking.

Clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was the breakfast. It was a small paper bag with a cup of juice and a couple of other things in it.

Young lady at front desk was very accommodating!!!

2 weeks staying there , it says grab and go breakfast since 6 am , we walked out at 6:30 every day, no breakfast, is ok just to sleep there

No grab and go breakfast, no room service the last 3 days after we didn’t give them tip , there was an envelope for that everyday the first 2 days , nobody gave us clean towels, made our bed or anything like that after the 2nd day, good hotel to stay , just bad service

Quiet , and very friendly stuff . Rooms are well been taking care of . Price is very good

As I have shared previously related to my stay at the Red Roof Inn in Norwich NY, the owners have done a great job refurbishing the facility and the rooms. On this trip, a couple of things that were of concern: (1) The elevator was out of order, therefore carry luggage up the stairs was a challenge and, could prove very challenging for someone who is disable (permanently or temporary). So, if you are planning a stay and do need an elevator, call before you go. Fixing this elevator should be #1 priority of the hotel. (2) It appeared as if they have started having homeless individuals stay at the hotel again. I base this observation on a room near me and the occupants and some individuals hanging around the hotel. Other than the elevator, my stay was good.
