The housekeeping service was very poor and the elevator broke down twice. We had to use the stairs and that was hard for me because i have to use a cane to walk.

Property was musty rooms smelled damp and of mildew. Breakfast buffet was a joke, literally a bag of white bread and a couple of scoops of dried eggs. This was at 645am. We had just started at a Fairfield 2 weeks ago and it was lovely. Stay away from this one.

The worst part was that they put us in a handicap room which was not needed. It included a shower that could accommodate a wheelchair. However, there was no way to keep the shower water confined to the shower area. Therefore, the whole bathroom was inundated with water. We could not dare to go into the bathroom without shoes on. This was horrible.

You’d be better off sleeping in your car. This hotel should be ashamed of itself. From the staff to the building you’re looking at a place that needs to be bulldozed to the ground never to burden any other unsuspecting travelers who seek a clean room to sleep in at night. The linens and towels were stained and worn. The bed had stains, and the wet spot in the middle of the bed was a delight. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. I won’t hold my breath. Oh, we attempted to move rooms, but the second room was in just as bad shape as the first but this one reeked of marijuana and Lysol. The urge to burn the place to the ground upon check out was strong with this one. You’ve been warned

The hotel rooma were very outdated but clean and plenty of space. One thing that i found strange was the lamp had two outlets on it and when i plugged my phone in to charge it only worked when the lamp was turned on. Not sure if that was supposed to be how it worked or not.

Everything was fine

The room was dirty. The carpet & the bathroom floors were dirty. The shower had hair in it & soap scum on the doors. This hotel is very old & had just one small elevator. I can’t believe this hotel is a Fairfield, it’s old & needs to a total remodel. I would never recommend this hotel & I sure wouldn’t have paid that price either had I know how bad it was, but I wouldn’t have stayed there at all had we not been so tired & it was late.

The room stink! I sprayed lysol and bath and body work spray and the smell still lingered. Because it was stink it was very hard for me to sleep due to the fact that I felt like the room wasn't clean becauseof thw smell.. The shower gel container in bathroom was empty.

Amazing stay, amazing hotel, very clean, beds very comfy, kids loved the indoor pool very clean, we noticed the outside grills and seating area outside the pool room which we will deff use next time to grill some steaks! The breakfast was very good and well stocked, the eggs could be a little less watered down but overall everything was amazing.

Pool was cold; indoor and not advertised as being heated in the description/advertisement. It was uncomfortable to even get in due to temperature. One of the main reasons I chose this location over others in the area. Multiple staff gave different explanations of it not being heated. Toilet would not stop running. Maintenance fixed it within 8 hours of report. Breakfast hot options limited-had sausage 6/7 days. Allergic and unable to eat. Lighting at sink dim-bulbs appeared to be functioning.

Would not recommend, changed my room without telling me and charged more. Room was dirty and staff ignored me while needing help instead talking to friends instead of working. Felt like I was more an inconvenience for them.

Where to begin… bedbugs, rude manager, discrimination against service animals, refusal to refund over a week of reservation time after we were forced to leave, the “manager” KNOCKING ON THE DOOR WITH A MINOR GIRL ALONE INSIDE AND DEMANDING ENTRY AT 11PM.

OUR STAY WAS GREAT.. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS AND TOOK GREAT CARE OF US.. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK WITH THE AWESOME HOSPITALITY YOU HAVE…

Staff was friendly

By this being a Marriott property, I was expecting it to look more modern. You can tell that this property was bought out by local investors just based off the outdated furniture. Other than that, no major issues. It was a decent stay for one night.
