I couldnt get a room! She demanded $100.00 security! Somebody misrepresented the price ...Expedia, or Red Roof. Just great after driving 10 hours straight.... I slept in the car .

My bed did not have blankets and the pool chairs were broken. Was woken up by a dog barking in one of the rooms for hours.

Bed was comfortable

The room was filthy…. Ceiling falling in and on the bed, pillow had what looked like a booger on it. There was feces in the toilet. There was blood on the bathroom door. There were missing tiles with mold. There were holes in the wall. Lights out in the bathroom. Showed pics to the front desk and all she asked was if I wanted another room. Denied me a refund. I will blast this to everyone I know and every platform I can.

Rooms need a little work.They charge 15.00 dollars a piece for my family to go in the pool.

They don’t have a water machine in the hotel, which is unacceptable. Only small bottles of water are available for purchase. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that doesn’t offer basic drinking water. In addition, I showed a picture of a cockroach to the front desk receptionist. I usually stay at Red Roof hotels, but after this experience, I will never return to this location.

Recently renovated clean and in a safe neighborhood. Great hotel.

The property was nice

The room had an extension cord running to the AC . The Ac also rattled noisily , like an ice machine. Microwave was plugged into the lamp and the tv had blurry and poor resolution. Desk chair was very old, broken and pleather flaking off. The space was mostly clean, but smelled damp. Sheets and bathroom clean, but pillow was extremely hard. Complimentary breakfast was completley depleted of food when we came down at 7:45 AM. Juice machine put of order. No batter for the waffles. No milk for cereal. No coffee. Employee walked in, and saw everything was empty, and did not refill. The lady who check us in at the desk was wonderful, but the morning staff was rude and ignored us when we asked for more food for the breakfast bar. You absolutely get what you pay for here.

The place is ok for the money you pay. The smell in the room wasn’t the best though.

We were shocked to have to place a 100 deposit, it is not on the website. Breakfast only had toast and cereal with a waffle. No fresh fruit, yogurt or variety of items.

This property has the basics of a place of where to lay your head for the night. You get what you pay for the price. There is no warm breakfast.

Was ok for pet friendly. Remodeled older motel. Lots of cut corners. This area of Knoxville is very dated and run down.

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel/room

Walls were paper thin. We could hear every word of the neighbors conversation. The couch was faux leather and the exterior was peeling off. Pillows were flat with no support. Between the uncomfortable bed and noise with the hotel, there was no rest.

Friendly people great location, beds are a little firm. Overall nice stay.

Should have been more towels and soap for 3 adults over 2 nights. We had to go to the desk to request extra. Additionally, our room keys had to be reprogramed after the first night even though the reservation was for 2 nights.

Honestly surprised it was so nice for the price ($58/night). Quick overnight stay on the way to Ft Worth TX... Wil stay again!

Booked for graduation weekend. Exactly what we needed. Nicki at the front desk was great and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
